Upon arriving I wasn’t greeted or helped by anyone until Maxwell gave me a smile and greeted me. He then proceeded to answer all my questions, give me a fitting room and rung me up. He made this a 5 star experience

This A&F is just opened a few weeks ago, still new, smell good, fancy and the interior is totally different than other A&F stores. Everytime i visit this store, they always greet every customer with smile and explain what promotion they have. All the employees here are super friendly and i really like Kelsey and the female manager, they’re very nice and patient giving me suggestion. Two thumbs up for this location :)

The workers were very friendly. They approached us very nicely. We were there to buy perfume. She was very friendly and gave us testers. Some of the best costumer service.

With the new marketing approach by A&F, the store is no longer an olfactory assault or dangerous-decibel experience! It's such a chill place to shop now, especially for people who are over the average demographic target age. Quality is still superb, but the store staff has lost the ambivalence it was (mostly) hated for.

The staff at CC is A-MAZING. They are attentive enough without smothering you, but still cool and fun. The fitting rooms are a total experience...music and light options to suit your specific needs! You can see your threads in ALL manner of light!

But, the staff is totally fantastic and that is the most welcome overhaul of the brand. It's easy to find by Macy's and L'occitane, though a little dark by the entrance, with signage that you *might* walk by if you don't know where it is at Westfield. Great sales, too! They have online order with in-store pick-up - saving on shipping charges and stolen packages from your door!

just walking into the store you fall in love with the scent.. the quality of clothing can justify the cost of the item. Jeans last years.. invest!

I personally love Abercrombie and Fitch. Abercrombie has all my favorite clothes. They have a very clean store and their fitting rooms are amazing. Their fitting rooms can change the lighting to you preference and change the music volume to you preference. I also love their staff. In general it is a very good store.

I was looking for a dress for graduation and enjoyed the wide selection and quality of their dresses. I was helped right away. The store was clean and open. I was surprised given the reputation of a+f but changed my mind after this experience
