Rethink using Islands in the Sun travel. They planned a 2 week vacation to Australia and New Zealand for my family in August. I should of bailed from the very beginning but I kept thinking they will do better. The time it took for our agent to answer questions took days. The trip she planned sounded amazing until we got there. We had problems the minute we left Philadelphia. No one answers the phone at the numbers they gave us while overseas. We had issues at every location. The hotels were not what we expected. The icing on the cake is after we got home we tried to resolve missed flight upgrade refunds which are still not refunded and it is January 2023. No one helps you resolve anything. It’s just round and round. After 5 months of the run around on refunds they finally said just call Qantas yourself for the refunds. What company charges over $30,000 for a trip and cannot get a $600 refund? I even wrote a letter to upper management outlining all 15 issues we had and never heard back. Run not walk away from using this company. They need to do better to earn anyones hard earned money.
