I felt bad for the guy working because he was being bombarded by the late night homeless crowd. We just wanted a coffee and the guy working had to remove the coffee cups from stuff being stolen. We watched as one guy filled his cup and then spill it after drinking half cup and then acted like it was the guy working the counters fault so he was not responsible to pay for the coffee. We we waited as he then mopped floor.

I love this 711. I go to it EVERY time I'm in Los Angeles.The employees are helpful with directions to places I want to visit. The women's bathroom has been clean every time I've used it. The sanitizer in the bathroom is a beautiful color.

The other day I had a bad experience & the supervisor in charge that day was rude interrupting my transaction. But when I spoke to the GM he took care of this matter A.S.A.P & had the best service ever since. The Employees are awesome & the GM for being professional in this matter & making me feel important as anyone else.

So far the best 7-Eleven I have been to. Coffee always fresh. Restroom open for clients. And more over the staff always welcoming and ready to help you.
