One Word, THEFT. The concept looks cool and convenient, except that they don’t let you know that what you PHYSICALLY TOUCH IS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD regardless if you put it back or not. I was charged $31.31 for a bottle of orange juice and a bag of hot Cheetos. Unacceptable business practice. Do not go there

There's nothing like a feeling of being accused of something you haven't done. If I want to buy something I will buy it can't keep me from looking at it without giving my credit card? This technology that they're using is borderline definition of character. I'm not giving my credit card to walk into a store.

Got charged for pringles when I didn’t even touch the snack section. I walked in for water, saw the terrible prices, and promptly walked out. Cheaper at the stores around the corner. I now have to dispute the charge.

My daughter bought a sandwich from this store at LA airport and was charged an additional item that she didn’t buy. It looks like the clerk there knows how to play the wireless charge, and as my daughter exit the store he knew how to add this item on my Amex card. People know how to find the opportunity to steal and cheat if you do not pay attention. This technology seems futuristic and my daughter was excited to try it, but the technology will offer the easiest way for people to steal you without knowing or finding who did this. I will not buy from that store again ever or from other stores that use this technology. I have the receipt to prove this. And I will make sure that other people know this, so they are not cheated as my daughter was.

How do you know if they charged you correctly? You don't! The attendant can't tell you because they don't even know.

Worst service, overcharged my credit card $86.66 for a plane blanket. Stay away and the customer service will not help you to get refund.

Do not use this. I was charged for an additional item that I did not purchase. There was another person in there that grabbed chips. Idk how the system knows which card to charge if there are multiple people in there at once. We got the receipt emailed and realized we were charged for chips that we never got.

I was charged for an item that I did not buy. Scamming travelers. Avoid this store. I was looking for water at the store, I bought 4 cans of expensive water and they charged me for an extra glass bottle of water plus recycling fee that I did NOT buy.

The price said around $20, but my card was charged $40. Very sad experience! Lost my trust credit card walk in system! How to call them?

Cashier refused to process purchases if paying by card. Not polite. Simply pointed to kiosk or told to use kiosk. No one using cash. So 4 people in line to use 1 kiosk and the person getting paid just sat there and watched. Lazy!

Amazon should drop this store. Extra $25 in charges and no customer service to dispute
