Best high end brick and mortar furniture retailer left standing! So thrilled to have them in Larkspur.

Nice furniture for those who like a modern aesthetic in their homes. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There's nothing you can purchase at the store as everything is by order and delivered to your home or office.

Terrible customer service by the staff at their store in Larkspur CA. We received more than one piece of damaged/broken furniture from them and had trouble getting it replaced. The staff person Annette initially promised to replace one piece of broken furniture and then later told us they couldn’t replace it after all. I had to call the company customer service to finally get this issue addressed. Very frustrating to deal with this place. Not worth the hassle.

I went to this store to return an item. The manager was really rude and unfriendly and send me away with the item because she has no storage space!
On top of that I needed to pay re-stock fee and return shipping costs.
I called DWR and they were not happy to hear about the customer service. They informed me that they will pick up the item at no charge.
Very disappointed about the way how the manager Gail Bravos was dealing with a return and did not even do an attempt to help me out with this.
