Great service, amazing staff and super kind

The staff helped me looking for a couple of things I needed and I end up buying everything a needed.

The spaces are super clean but some things are miss placed.

I want to give a shoutout to Certified Advisor James Newton Jr.

I came in last minute to the store and this gentleman provided customer care like none other. I bought a laptop and a monitor within 5 minutes of closing thanks to this gentleman’s professionalism, courtesy, and kindness

I could not recommend a better member of the company than James.

This is the best a Best Buy store i ever visited. It has items i haven't seen in other stores. Also the staff members are available to help. Larry Katzeff's computer knowledge is superb. If i need something again from this store, i have no choice but to come back here again. Recomend!

I walked in and was greeted at the door. The young man helped me select what I needed and I was on my way. Great to see great customer service.

This was the strangest Best Buy I've ever beèn to. The entrance was difficult to find and the parking lot was full as it was a very small parking lot.

This is a smaller Best Buy location. The David Nguyen in customer service was amazing. He was very helpful and informative about the tech that we needed for our fathers day gift. We would definitely come to this location again!

Easy to navigate, a little pricy, but will have products that other stores don’t carry. The surround sound section is beautiful and the McIntosh system they have is a must see if you’re an audiophile.

Geremy from the front portal informational center desk (right at entry, float position) was a Super Phenomenal Help to me (above and beyond) when I went/had/needed to E-Recycle drop off a very heavy 50" Pioneer Commercial Display, took care of it including lifting, made it seamless and very effortless for me, thank you!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was greeted upon entering the store, and asked if I needed assistance in finding anything. Multiple associates made my shopping experience fast and easy. Checkout was very friendly, professional, patient and persistent in resolving a technical issue with the card reader.

Staff are busy, but they help you with a smile or a cat mask. They will take the time to explain your options.

Great job, fast, efficient, really nice guys! I had dash cameras placed in my car, front and rear camera. The wires to the camera are now hidden and camera placed in a perfect position. The two gentleman who helped me were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, Best Buy in San Rafael!

I love best buy and the geek squad I always get effective and prompt service they have good deals and deliver out to your car so it's better than Amazon you can get it same day. If you really need something and it's not in stock you can get it relatively close by because they have a lot of bay area stores. I know someone that works in appliances and they told me they don't treat their employees very well she's been there for like 5 years and especially since covid they're firing people and cutting pay. So that's my only qualm but for me as a customer it's pretty good.

This is the usual Best Buy with a great selection of products and services. This has been my go to Best Buy for about decade and I can't praise them enough. The staff here is always willing to help. I've asked them to go into the back to dig through the inventory and they've done it. No complaints, no questions asked, and with a smile. They're quite knowledgeable about their products and I appreciate it.

I had to pick up a phone I had ordered with a trade in. The mobile department was very helpful. The sales consultant , Noelky, did an amazing job. She went above and beyond. She was able to apply the screen protector on my new phone and also activate the SIM card just to make sure the phone was in working condition before I left the store. She was very kind and patient. Yes, it's a Big Box store with a great price on a great laptop I had to have for work asap. Curbside pickup was fast and easy. The Geek Squad guy who answered my questions a few days later was available by appointment, patient, and reassuring (kind of like a good therapist). A very positive experience.

I use Best Buy for purchasing my laptop computers as I get to try them out for "appropriateness". Due to my mobility limitations, trying out a laptop's fit -- weight and dimensions -- are extremely important (as is availability).

Once again, I wasn't disappointed. Having access to Geek Squad at the location is an added bonus. I recently had a great experience from a Geek Squad technician (Farell) as well as a Best Buy salesperson (William) who worked in tandem to get me the right laptop. I highly recommend their service!
