Macy's

My mom wanted a 100% cotton robe. So what that translates to is not just a tag that says 100% cotton, it has to be a certain type of cotton, Egyptian, Turkish, Organic would really add a better "you know what I like score". Exhausted after work I head to Macy's or Nordstrom because they do hold a level quality. So I stop at Macy's(Terra Linda) due to convenience. I find robes. My mother would use these thin, ugly, hard feeling robes to wipe up spills or likewise. Every step hurts my back even more and I'm not finding anything that will do, and I am really finding everything I like and I mean everything! So I'm approaching the corner of the tiled walkway and what do I see... Robe corner,,, I look, I touch, so far so good.... I access it up and down, it has passed on all areas. The price tag, what does it demand of me, well thank -+"*+"'*;:+* $200.00!!!!!!!! Black Friday kicked that price tag right out the door. I got it for a whoooooooping $67.00. It turned out to be the high quality, thick yet soft to the tough nice robe my mom needed. There's always something for everyone at Macy's.

When you think of Christmas, this is the only thing that comes to mind is Macy's. I don't believe there is another store on the planet that tries harder to support Christmas than Macy's! They have plenty of great products and even when I go shopping for a birthday gift, I will usually go to Macy's because they stand behind their product!

I love that Macy's is still here. The team there could use some additional training when it comes to customer service. Helping customers patiently waiting in line is more important than go backs.

I love this store in general, but specifically their skin care. I love their safety precautions, and their employees, they're very nice. If you are looking for pretty much any kind of skin care, I would suggest going here. Stay safe!

I went to return an item and ended up purchasing fragrance (15% off today) she took care of the return as well. Also bought fine jewelery. And started Thanks or sharing. Both sales people were excellent. Love Macy's

Discovered the Backstage section for girls/women's clothing and shoes - affordable in store shopping

Macys is great! But they are really based on demographics, so if you can't find what you want whether it be quality, craftmanship or price than you are in the wrong store. For clothes, i want to feel the fabric and look at it. No on line for me. Macy's always has awesome sales!! Unbelievable sales!!

Over the years Macy's has done a terrific job of adding fresh Styles while at the same time dropping the prices down so that the average Joe can look good and afford to do so. Macy's in Northgate is always well clean start and the staff is always ready except if you go to the makeup counter or the Clone, then you'll have some weight but it's always a good trip

When we are near by - this is our go to Macy's. Whole family Shopped here for decades. It just got a huge boost and is so improved. The clerks are - generally - very helpful.

the customer service is great got a good discount on everything I appreciate it Very much. The woman that assisted me was a great person and a great personality he's on the ball and right on the money.

Wow! I have to say, I had to make a sweater return and Suzi in Men's was terrific.Very gracious... It looks like the Mens Dept is Upscale and Impressive. Tons of New Merchandise. We will be shopping soon, and often.

Nice Macy's with easy parking. There is a bargain annex with returns and overstocks for very good prices.

Typical May's department store. Nothing fancy. Staff was nice and helpful. Didn't find what I was looking for, but it was a long shot that they would have carried it there anyway.

Store is well lit, Christmas is coming, very nice Christmas items in 'backdoor', a well hidden secret department inside some Macy's. Shelves full , everyone Covid prepared...

You get the best deals at Macy's!!! Got my coats for 70% of retail on Martin Luther King Day,
and the Coat are really nice. Calvin Klein and Michael Kors are my favorite.

They have really cute clothes, and some good deals if you have the patience to look.
