The Adriatic at Oakbrook

David, our server, is well versed with wines as well as the menu. Attentive but not overbearing. Food was outstanding, brushetta and home-made focaccia bread, shrimp with spaghetti squash pesto style, and chicken peperonata. Then there's the lemon cheesecake with raspberry sauce-coupdnt be creamier. Had the Sauvaugn Blanc by Dossier on David's recommendation to compliment both meals, literally fabulous. We'll be back for sure!

Popped in on a Monday evening to celebrate our daughter with some friends and family without reservations. Kennedy said I'll push some tables together and get you all in no trouble. She was an absolute pleasure to have for our server. Funny, attentive, knowable, and just a great person. Chef Bill knocked it out of the park. New menu about every month and March is a must. Lobster Risotto had so much lobster and was delicious. My thick pork chop was cooked to the temp I like and suggested. Everyone else loved what they ordered. We have been a few times, and it has always been great. Thank you Kennedy for making a great evening even better! We can't wait for the patio to open.

We've had the pleasure of visiting this venue a few times before. It wasn't until tonight that I felt compelled to write a review.

Kennedy is who you want serving your table. She is personable, not at all pushy, and an overall joy to be near.

We just celebrated a huge accomplishment for our youngest daughter, and without reservations, we took a leap of hope that a table would be open for 7 of us. Kennedy not only welcomed us with open arms, she even became our server and we knew we were in for a happy night.

This was by far, our favorite visit to this amazing establishment yet.

Make your reservation! You will not be disappointed! We had our son and (now) daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner here and EVERYTHING exceeded our expectations! We live in Texas so most of the communication was over the phone. From the very beginning, Crystal made me feel so comfortable! I knew we had picked the BEST place for the dinner! EVERYONE on staff greeted us with warm, genuine hospitality. And the food was AMAZING! Highly recommend the Rigatoni with Bolognese sauce and chicken Peperonata! The appetizers and dessert were equally as fantastic! They graciously added vegetarian options to fit dietary needs of some of our guests. I could go on and on! The wedding was at Thornwood Castle. I was having trouble finding a restaurant near the venue to host a dinner after the rehearsal at the Castle. It was suggested that we have the rehearsal at the restaurant! There is a garden area similar to the wedding area at the Castle! It was perfect! WE loved it all! You must try the Adriatic! And if you or someone you know is planning a wedding at Thornwood, this place MUST be part of the plan!

The food is so good! The staff are incredible and treated my husband and I so well.
We get to have date nights every Saturday. It can be hard to find good restaurants in Tacoma.
The food here is amazing. The staff is so wonderful. The homemade desserts are worth it!

Every dish we ordered was so fresh and full of flavor. The chicken breast and steak was cooked perfectly. The pesto steak was one of our favorites. The rigatoni amazing. Fettuccine, amazing. Focaccia bread sticks, amazing. I highly recommend eating here or having food catered! I’m so glad I didn’t have to cook!

This has been our go-to since we moved to Lakewood. The food is incredible. And we really love all of the staff! Great Happy Hour and "Wine Wednesday." Awesome!

Who knew the Adriatic Grill moved to Oakbrook Golf Course? My husband surprised me for Valentines day! All the wonderful food and service I enjoyed for years is back. I don't think I realized just how much I missed this chef, staff and of course food until I walked in the door. It was like walking into your mother's or grandmother's house. You were welcomed like family. It was palpable immediately. The hostesses sat us right away even though we were quite early and the memorable fantastic service started immediately!😁😁😁 Ashley quickly brought us waters and diet coke. She gave us the time to run thru the menu with lots of my old favorites. Huge side note the mushroom soup is still there and still absolutely the best I've ever had!! Same with the focaccia bread!!!😋😋😋😋😋 Aside from the soup we ordered the Chicken Parm and Rigatoni Bolognese. Absolutely spectacular! Yes, as great as I remember! And even though we were stuffed with so much great food, dessert could not be passed up! We had the spumoni ice cream and the Cheesecake Alla Adriatic. I think it was a light ricotta/lemon cheesecake with a raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries! Heaven on a plate!!! Highly recommend! One of the most memorable dining experiences I've had in a long time. Oh, and did I share the candle and roses on the table? Atmosphere A+ as well! OMG! Can I come back tomorrow? We came here on the recommendation of a friend on a Saturday evening, and they certainly did not dissapoint! Every staff member was very kind and attentive, especially our waiter David who was phenomenal. He gave great recommendations and was very knowledgeable.
The food was sublime and I had a perfectly cooked medium rare steak, which seems hard to come by these days. Prices were very fair for how delicious it was and how much we enjoyed our evening.
We will absolutely be returning!

I have been here more than a dozen times in five years and have never had a bad dish. Everything is so yummy. I got the lasagne which comes with a nice size salad.

I have been a fan of The Adriatic for many years. Although the move from Tacoma to Lakewood has decreased the frequency of my visits (due to convenience...I live in the North End of Tacoma), it's still a wonderful experience, every time I venture out there. That pork chop gets me every time.

This place is a hidden gem! The food and service are consistently topnotch. Their wine selection is extensive, and if you can't decide, ask for the sommelier, David, and he'll make sure you are happy! And if you are lucky enough to show up on a Wednesday, take advantage of half-price wine night.

Be careful if you leave your credit card for a tab. My tab was picked up my another guest and I was still charged on my credit card. I think the place is great but caveat emptor.

First time having lunch here with an Army buddy and it won't be my last. I had the Shrimp Tortellini with Alfredo Sauce and it was Delicious! Customer service and atmosphere was excellent as well. Great place to play golf, discuss business or simply relax and enjoy some Great food.

Went for my birthday. Had a great tasty dinner and the Lemon Drop was excellent. I love the atmosphere at this place...laid back and classy...if you want to impress someone, def bring them here ... beautiful place !

Always the best food, atmosphere and service. I love the outdoor seating area on a sunny afternoon. I had the salmon this time. The basil pesto was so flavorful. Always start with a cup of the mushroom soup. 5 out of 5 stars and always!

The night i went with girlfriend it was friendly...good atmosphere and excellent service. Went to happy hour and ordered small plates and a beer.
