Easy to get in and out. Variety of shops and services.

Well let's see. Parking is okay. You got a spot for some extremely overpriced Mexican food where they serve you enough of a portion that would qualify as an appetizer in most other restaurants. And a place you can get some delicious donuts but they are about $50 per box. Not sure what else to say? Oh yeah there's a burger joint that has amazing burgers at double price of most other places.

The Square has been vastly improved since Grocery Outlet moved in. Ample parking but beware of commute times since turning left out of the parking lot can be difficult. Lots of other great stores too can be a one stop shop in most cases.

It's getting a bit of a Make Over. It's got the only Ross I like going to because it's usually not as crowded as all the others, and there's LOTS of parking. Once the renovating's done it'll liven up. Great location right off the freeway.

Marin Square has a new look. They have some new stores too like Marin Consignment Store and Grocery Outlet. They still have the best taco shop in town and Ross dress for less. It's nice to have this in the neighborhood.

Marin Square great has a Ross Sally's Beauty Supply what else is there Hertz car rental Payless Shoes in a Taqueria Subway lots and lots of good stuff

I've been going to this shopping center for a couple of decades. Love Ross, Number One Cut and Perm, and Subway. Was sad to see the art supplies and framing store close down, as well as the used sporting goods store.

Marin Square has a huge parking lot and is conveniently located on Bellam Blvd across from the main Post Office and just off 101. Thank you, thank you, thank you new owners for the recent (autumn 2019) and much needed renovation! Looks fabulous! This nearby homeowner is thrilled! Now please get us some much needed stores too, like a pharmacy: Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aide - don't care which one. How about a CostCo or Sam's Club, a chain mattress store, a discount jewelry store, a big grocery store, a picture framing shop, an ice cream shop, a dog grooming place, and a decent chain restaurant for dinner?!

The nearby Canal Southbank neighborhood that Marin Square services, among others, gets a bum rap most of the time from fools who don't appreciate the natural beauty of the San Rafael Canal and north San Francisco Bay. Yes, idiot bureaucrats allowed and encouraged dense urban housing on this exquisite wetlands area over the past half century and then failed to maintain the infrastructure, enforce housing codes, or protect the remaining wetlands. But it's all here now, so going forward, let's work with what is, and let's make it the best it can be.

For all you naysayers and know-nots, here are a few cellphone snapshots of Marin Square's nearby waterway (and Phil Lesh's Terrapin Crossroads' waterway too, btw). This is the beautiful San Rafael Canal.

Shop Marin Square! Afterwards treat yourself to a visit to the Canal Southbank. Take a walk along the trail that begins at Pickleweed Park. Enjoy the beauty and serenity of the creek and the bay. Then join Phil for a refreshing beverage at his Terrapin Crossroads. Marin County at its finest.

Great place! I went to the haircut place in there and they had great service. There are some people looking for jobs standing out front and mentally ill people.

I went there for the new opening of the grocery outlet and found it to be very pleasant and I also shopped at Ross which I also found very pleasant at both places the service was good

The home consignment center is great fun to browse and the taqueria is authentic and delicious.

It was bizarre earlier but now it’s really nice good for grocery n shopping home goods n clothing

Saw Bob Weir grocery shopping here, so that was cool.

Besides the fact the store fronts have 1 bathroom to share. Customer Service is great!
