Wells Fargo ATM

Great drive thru ATM

I would've given zero if there's an option for that. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Stop by to withdraw some cash and ended up closing my account. I was with Wells Fargo since 2001 and I never imagine something like this would happen. It was early morning and only Three customers in the store. A lady was at ATM and I was the only one waiting for the teller to finish with the customer ahead of me. I told her I needed to withdraw $1500. yes only $1500 not 1,5000 or 150,000. I was pointed to the ATM while I was right infront of her. At that moment, only the lady at ATM and I were in the store. Again..yes only two of us as customers. Nobody waiting behind me nor ahead. I asked again REALLY? you rather want me go wait at ATM than just help me right there and the guy next to her confirmed just that. His name is Tulio and I believe he's either lead teller or supervisor. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. And his facial expressions was not very pleasant and unprofessional. I was just going to get it from ATM but changed my mind as starting to get annoyed and frustrated. After walking out and sitting in my car for a minute I decided to go back in and told him just close my account. He ( Tulio ) casually responded. "Ok we will help you". Just to clarify that I was not making a scene or screaming. If those people want to replace their jobs with machines so be it. I can always go to another banks. After all these years ,I'm sorry that I have to part with you Wells Fargo..employees like these will drive away customers including former employee like me. You don't need employees like them.
