The Tiburon Peninsula Historical Trail

Excellent east walk along the water with great views of the city and bridge. Pictures won’t do it justice. A must stop for me when I visit San Francisco along with down town Tiburon for a quiet day away from the city

Awesome place! Beautiful scenery, perfect for a walk alongside the shore enjoying nice views of the bay and the golden gate bridge. The town is also worth paying a visit and there is a small shark fin statue in the middle of the roundabout. Parking is a bit scarce but if you go early it shouldn't be a problem.

Amazing view of the Peninsula and the Golden Gate Bridge. So festive and the awesome Circa 1920 historical site. Great stores to shop to buy survenier and the boat rides are very exciting.

Gorgeous spot to get a run in, walk your dog, cruise with that someone special. One of the prettiest views in the Bay Area.

- Courteous, happy, and quiet crowd
- Views of San Francisco skyline + Golden Gate Bridge + Bay Bridge! (It’s hard to find all-at-one location)
- Amazing houses along the trail
- Right next to pretty shops & cafes on Main St

Great place to take a walk

Such a beautiful little town.
Not a piece of litter to be found. (Not that I was searching for them specifically, just saying it was well maintained).

The trail alongside the shore is well paved. Stop over at the Tiburon Railroad and Ferry Depot museum. Well worth the visit.

Nice view of Angel Island (duh!).

We came to check out the bay area. We decided to stay in the Tiburon area to enjoy the bay and eliminate the crazy crowds and were we pleased. This area is near a great shopping and town center. The area is family friendly and a great place to visit. We loved the park area to watch all the sail boats. I suggest you check the area out.

A beautiful level path along the Tiburon waterfront. ADA accessible. Views of Angel Island, San Francisco, and the Golden Gate Bridge (if you walk down towards Elephant Rock/Railroad Museum). Lots of grass for picnicking. And nice benches for those that want a seat. There are dog poop bags available on both ends of the trail, with multiple garbage cans.

What a fantastic place to visit and just chill for lunch and a stroll.

Is a great trail

A nice small town cross the water from San Francisco, big difference, quiet and beautiful.

The trail itself is not much, but the views are great
