My husband and I both recently became clients here and have been really happy with our experiences. Having a lot of anxiety around dental work, the team’s relaxed vibe and care for us made the process so much easier. Everyone has been really welcoming and helpful, Katie and Carissa have been great getting us set up and answering questions along the way as well. I can’t think of a single thing I would ask to improve, they’re A+.

Also, our teeth are looking good and feeling good!! Highly recommend!

It had been over 20 years since being in a dentist’s chair, part fear, part anxiety, part laziness. When the moment arrived where I had no choice, I spent a few hours researching local dentists, I picked Dr Reid and SoundBridge. If I could add a star, I would.

Dr. Reid and the staff are incredibly welcoming and calming, let alone fun! They sing with you, have great dialogue.. I’m so comfortable with this crew I’d go have a beer with all of them! After a couple major procedures and fixin’ things up a bit, I am so grateful to have made the choice I did. Truly professional, personable and kind. Kudos!

BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I've been to a lot of dentists in my life, with and without insurance. Dr. Bloomquist and now Dr. Reid will be my forever dentists until they retire. Aside from the amazing ambiance and state-of-the-art technology in the office, Dr. Bloomquist always addresses me personally after every visit, treating me as if I was a family member and not just a number... That feeling goes a long way with me, especially when it comes to my health!

I appreciate the gentleness from the hygienists, the TLC with Dr. B's anesthetic injections, and the promptness of the front desk from insurance details to keeping me on time with my cleanings. What more could you ask for in a dental office?

For starters, Dr. Bloomquist is the finest dentist I have ever been to in my adult life. (And trust me on this, my grandfather was a dentist and he taught me to be very particular in transitioning from him). The work is excellent. It has always been clearly explained to me by the doctor and/or the hygienist. The financial aspect of any procedures are reviewed throughly with the office staff who are courteous and know what is covered by insurance beforehand. The office wait time is absolutely minimal. Yesterday’s cleaning was its usual efficient and well performed procedure. My husband had extensive work done by Dr. Bloomquist. His experience with professionalism, high quality work and clear communication mirrored my own. I cannot sing the praises of this practice high enough.

I came in for a filling today. We always have great conversations. Dr. Bloomquist even noticed an unrelated skin issue I was having and recommended products that might help! They always make me feel very well taken care of. Also shout out my my Hygenist Kristen she’s awesome!

The moment I walked in I felt very welcomed! Dr. Karla Bloomquist not only just cares about your oral health she cares about your general health and wellbeing. I love that she is very comprehensive when it comes to your dental health and very thorough. She will take time to go over X-ray and take pictures for you to see what she sees. Everyone at SoundBridge Dental is fantastic. I highly recommended them.

This is the BEST dental office I've been ever been to. Dr. Bloomquist is the funniest, sweetest dentist I've ever met. She's very gentle and very knowledgeable, no question is a silly question with her. She answers all my questions fully and makes things easy for me to understand. Anytime I go to an appointment, I can honestly say I leave happy and satisfied.

Dr Bloomquist is truly a master of the dental arts. She and her staff are knowledgeable and skilled professionals, who are always kind, compassionate and gentle in their delivery of care .. great chair side manner! I highly recommend SoundBridge Dental Arts!

I’ve been seeing Dr Bloomquist since 2010 for all my dental needs. She was a referral from a friend. I lived in the area at the time I started, and I now live in Sedro Woolley. Through out these years I have seen other dentists because of proximity, but I always come back. She has fixed a few costly errors from other dentists and now I just can’t trust anyone but her. I make the long drive, and it’s worth it! Dr Bloomquist and her staff have always treated me with the utmost care.

My visits with Dr. Bloomquist and staff have always been on time and pleasant. During my last visit a filling was found to be defective. I ask if it were possible to do the repair during this visit. They were happy to check and found that they could squeeze me into their busy scheduled. I was very happy not to have to schedule an additional appointment. Thank you.

I will say this with 100% confidence, there is not a better dentist in the area, and very possibly, the state. I can't stand going to the dentist. I have so many fears about it and Karla and her team do everything they can to put you at ease. They have totally changed for me what it means to go to the dentist. They are warm and so sweet. They make sure you ok with everything that they are doing. They also take the time before they start to sit down and go over what the charges might be on what they plan on doing. I've never been more impressed with a dentist office in my whole life. I would NEVER go to another dentist. She is my dentist until she retires, which I hope isn't ANY time soon. Thank you Karla and the staff for being SO patient, so welcoming and so great about your services. Take my advice and check them out. We won't be sorry.

SoundBridge Dental, Dr Bloomquist and the entire staff are wonderful. My family and I have enjoyed being in their care for 3 1/2 years. I have had a full range of dental care from cleaning to fillings and root canals and I am sure my dental health is in the best of hands. I may be considered an easy patient compared to my Special Needs adult daughter. They used a team approach to developed an individualized treatment plan talored to her unique needs. They treated her with all the kindness, calm, care and respect that they would give to any patient. She had a wonderful experience and frequently asks "when do I GET to go back to see Dr Bloomquist! (I kid you not!)
The office staff is very friendly and efficient and we have always been treated courteously and respectfully. The office is run very efficiently and is beautiful and impeccably decorated and clean. As an added bonus you have a view of beautiful sky and100 foot tall trees from picture windows in all of the treatment rooms during your dental procedure.

Always a top tier experience! From the friendly staff, beautiful (and spotless) clinic, to the incredible dentistry and professionalism of Dr. Bloomquist, I always know and trust that I’m receiving the best care possible. 10/10 recommend!

I have recently moved to the Tacoma area. I have high anxiety and was nervous looking for a new Dental Office.
I was calling offices and found that Sound Bridge Dental Arts had amazing customer service.
They got me scheduled for the next day (that's good because I couldn't talk myself out of it).
I got there and all the staff was wonderful and helpful. I felt comfortable immediately.
Dr. Bloomquist is WONDERFUL! She is aware of my fear and talked to me through out the appt letting me know what she was doing.
I left her office feeling confident and I could tell I didn't have as much fear scheduling my next appt.

I am very impressed with the quality of service my family receives with Dr. Bloomquist and her staff! She has been my dentist for almost 5 years now. I am also a Dental Assistant so I have unique level of respect for Dr. Bloomquist.

Until about a year ago my 12 year old daughter was still seeing a children's dentist because she hadn't grown out of it yet. Her check-ups were on a regular routine of twice a year since being a toddler.

To my surprise, her last visit at her previous dentist, we were told she had 9 cavities in 7 different teeth! I knew this couldn't be right! I decided it was time for my daughter to move on to Dr. Bloomquist. Her exam and digital x-rays came down to my daughter only needing 2 very tiny resin tooth-colored fillings and several non-invasive protective sealants. We were so relieved that she didn't need have unnecessary dental treatment just to get insurance billing pay-out.

With Karla Bloomquist, DDS you will not be treatment planned based off your insurance; but insurance limitations will be considered with helping you prioritize your dental work and maximizing your benefits. You will be educated and made aware of your dental options. You will remain under the same care of one dentist unlike the impersonal dental clinics who don't really get to "know" you. She encourages her patients to be proactive and gives you quality doctor-to-patient time. Her staff is awesome because she only wants the best for you!
