Your office did not get back to me about high blood sugar counts for four days.

Dr. Cheng is great. Patient and very caring.

Can't get through to anyone for days, then when I finally do get through to schedule an apt they don't have the Dr.'s orders that were sent over a week ago. I call my doctor's office and sure enough they sent them, not only that, I HAVE a copy of the orders myself, but for some inexplicable reason they have to receive the orders directly from the Dr. So, here I am a month since my Dr asked I get scans at Marin endocrine, calling every other day, waiting to make a simple apt... Horrible patient care

Tried to make an appointment here- the receptionist completely insulted me and told me to go elsewhere as they were a specialist. Then she offered to send me a packet if I want to read it over and that I would not be able to get in. It’s was strange & absurd. I will go elsewhere. This gal should not be in customer service.
