Tapco is a great bank! The people who work there know the clients, treat them very well and help them so much! I love working with Michelle, she gives so much personal attention! A great bank and crew!!!

Did an auto loan refi with the assistance of Heather B. from TAPCO and she was great! It was fast, friendly and rewarding. She made it as easy as possible - only had to go into bank after approved to open acct. TAPCO was able to get my loan rate down 11%! Heather is professional and friendly, I would recommend TAPCO to friends/family because of her great customer service and the ease of the process (and the good rates don't hurt either)!

Even though I've only been at Tapco a few times. Almost everytime, I went to Jacey Degree. Amazing experience and he was able to notorized some documents that were required for my vehicle before I have to leave the country. His decidication to helping me went beyond my expectations. 👍👍

Got a loan for my truck several years ago. Haven't had any problems with Tapco and all my questions are quickly answered. My truck is now paid off and am getting another loan for another vehicle and expect the same kind of great service I have received over the past several years.

My mother and I have been members for years. We love this credit union, and the online banking options. The customer service is wonderful. I enjoy going into the bank more than just running by an ATM because their employees are fantastic.
