Joyvonne was exceptionally helpful at this Meridian branch. She spent all the time needed to help with making online payments. Kitsap might want to modernize their online payment system. this would make Kitsap better than any other mainstream bank. Extremely ridiculous online payment system. I set up a payment that had an extra fee. It shouldn't cost anything to pay off credit card. The payment didn't go through because it said I didn't include fee. This is so unprofessional. Of course, I approved fee, but now payment late. I will payoff account ASAP and close it. Thanks KCU!

Best credit union, been with them over 20 years. My gold checking account interest rate is over 3% and reimburses all ATM fees

This branch is amazing! The staff here are so friendly and the managers are patient, kind and willing to work through any situation. Highly recommend.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered from a financial institution. You call and ask questions and they say they'll call you back, but they never do. In fact, they will tell you that they called you back and left a message, but those things never happened. Really difficult to deal with. I would not recommend anybody doing business with them.

I also want to be clear that this is directed at the call center. The branch has always been great, but it's not always convenient to go to the branch.

If I could give 0 star rating I would. This branch and this company is absolutely worthless. They have been screwing us over the entire time we’ve had a loan with them. They double charged us and then said they never got a payment. When they looked at the history of our loan they said they saw the double payment but their system didn’t recognize it so we still owed them a THIRD payment for the same month. Absolutely worthless. Do not use Kitsap if you can avoid it.

My issue isn't necessarily with the branch more than it is with Kitsap in general. If you pay online you're forced to pay a $10 fee no matter what, even if you're paying with a bank account. That's horrible for the customer and we shouldn't be fined for simply paying online on time....

I have a payment schedule in this bank. And I was surprised to learned that there is a $10 fee for paying online. To avoid this fee, they will offer you or encourage you to open an account to their bank.

Predatory business that has fees with every transaction.
