I ordered some craft supplies to be picked up same day, when I got there they were filling my order! Wonderful timing.
They were so happy and helpful. Very sweet staff.
I was also able to grab other supplies that was not listed when I had made my order earlier that day.

This store was well stocked, and they seem to always have a good coupon. Plus, I love they are open later in the evening. If I had one critique, it would be that they just installed self-checkouts.

This store is really well organized. I was able to quickly and easily find some embroidery floss for my project using the store signage. The selection for embroidery floss was huge, and most of the floss was in the correct places. Check out was quick, easy and friendly.

Very fast service. We got the Posca markers. They have a very good variety as well as the sketch pads available.

So much stuff. I love everything about this store. And staff is very helpful. Crafts, decor, art. And kids learning toys. Halloween, Christmas decorations. Love this and staff are very friendly.

This is the best Michaels location I have visited and I have been to all of them in the PNW! This location is always clean and the people working here are always friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large variety of everything you are looking for! The parking lot always seems to have ample parking and getting in and out is hassle free. If I were to complain about anything, it would be that there are WAY too many ratios of kids to adult crafts. I feel like Michaels all together needs to cut back a bit on the kids crafting and get back to the adults crafting. Other than that, I love this location!

This is one of my favorite stores to go to for a number of reasons.

Access to it from SR-512 is quick and easy to the store and access from Parkland and Frederickson the access to the store is really nice when you take some back roads.

The store is always very well kept, things are easy to find, and if you cant find what your looking for then your surely able to find help quickly.

The men's restroom was clean, stocked up, and very easy for someone with a wheelchair to get situated.

My ONLY complaint is that the handicapped parking stalls are too narrow and I find I have to park into the striped area because the other stalls are too narrow for people to park and leave a respectable distance from another car

I received a $25 gift card, so I go in fully expecting to leave with 1 or two items. I wander the store for a few and find my way to the jewelery section. 1st off I'm thrilled to see all the 40% off, signs posted. So i grab 3 different sets of glass beads, Stretch wire, and a 100 piece packet of findings. The gal rings me up and when all is said and done I leave the store with $12 still remaining on the card.
Very cool to me.

Just needed a clock movement as my clock of 22 years had given up, happy to say it's back and running like new, glad they had what I needed in stock.

I go to Michael’s for art supplies and framing for my paintings, I have always been very happy with them.

Took my wife to Michaels to pick up some artist paint. They have a great selection, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back.

Very clean and bright. Large well laid out space. Shelves were stocked with an array of choices. Prices are not for the faint of heart. Quality merchandise; you pay for what you get. I was very pleased with what I purchased.

My husband and I needed 3 rubbings framed. They were very large. One was 86 inches long. We can’t say enough about Clara. She was so great and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She has a great eye for detail. The next time we need something framed we will request Clara.

Great service. The people that help with custom framing are very helpful and have a great artistic eye. I will definitely keep coming back. Especially for the more challenging project I have coming up. Love this jersey job they did.
