AT&T Store

We came into the store to have phones changed over. Krystal, Octavio and Alexander
did a great job transferring our data without any glitches. Requested they be compensated by the company for there great support. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with both.

The staff was extremely friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the services and promotions and everything I needed. The best experience at a phone store ever.

I came in to check if our plan we currently have was right for our needs. We were looking at new phones too. Connor Hines worked with all of the family and got everyone set up and all upgraded. Go Connor!!! When my family is happy, I am happy.

Lynn was awesome! He was so friendly and did everything he could to help us. We were thinking of switching to T-Mobile, but I'm glad we didn't.

I came in needing a new phone because mine broke and Noah took amazing care of us! He went above and beyond answering question after question and making sure we understood all of our options and helped us arrange what worked best for us. He was super friendly and made the whole experience quick and easy!

I walked in today with my iPhone 13 camera screen protector and my regular front screen protector cracked all over and Noah came to my rescue! He immediately stopped what he was doing to asked what I needed help with. I told him I needed to replace both screens protectors and he got the job done! He was very polite and also helped me find some good deals that were going on for phone cases I needed! He also did amazing job cleaning my phone! It was a nasty mess! Now my phone looks brand new again! He made sure I had my receipts and his card if I had any issues to notify him and come back to the store! NOAH DESERVES A RAISE! It’s so nice to see people actually doing there jobs and helping those who come for help! Thank you for the wonderful experience! I’ll defiantly be staying with AT&T!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! These guys are awesome! We were in the area and popped in on a whim to get more information about a promotion we heard about. We had zero intention of actually getting new phones that day let alone any accessories but we are so glad we did! Connor was a rock star! He worked tirelessly to find us the perfect new plan and make sure we really understood each step in the process. He broke everything down in a way that made sense to us and you could tell he was really listening to what we had to say. In the time we were there, we were able to observe the other workers and they were all phenomenal as well! Everyone was so polite, patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. (I could be wrong but I think their names were Maurice, Kyle, Josh and maybe 1-2 people, we didn't catch names for but all of them were top notch all the way!) Absolutely phenomenal crew and treated everyone who walked in the door like royalty. Connor really went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more grateful. Highly, highly recommend this store and their amazing employees! We can't wait to enjoy our new phones and upgraded plan. We are so grateful! Thanks guys! You rock! :D :D :D

I came in 15 minutes before the store closed and they helped me out and were extremely friendly the entire time! Very helpful and nice staff!

Went in for a simple Upgrade to another type of phone I’ve never used. The sales rep Octavio has an excellent customer service skills and great personality. He has helped me set up my phone and gave me great recommendation on what I needed for accessories. I am very satisfied with my visit and would definitely come back here if I ever need help. Highly recommend his services to my friends and family. He is also bilingual English/Spanish.

Octavio and his manager were very knowledgeable and professional. He discussed new products and services with confidence. If he wasn't sure about the answer to one of my questions, he reached out to his manager, who was on site, to clarify and confirm.

He was extremely friendly and courteous. I wish all of your sales and customer services reps possessed his same professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm to assist their customers.

He listened to what I was saying in order to understand what I was trying to convey rather than listening to reply. He knows how to connect with customers! I hope he stays with AT&T for a long time.

Really great service! Associates were very friendly and responsive to me switching my phone service. The assistant manager Ambrosia was very sweet, funny and extremely helpful with me getting my new phone set up. Definitely will bring my family back here to switch them over as well!

Anthony was the Rep! He was an expert and to my old #8 and transferred all my data to my new #14!! He answered all my questions. I am 77 years young, so I needed his clear explanations!!!

It’s brutal trying to find customer service theses days so I can’t overstate how refreshing it was to have Lyndon (and a lady I unfortunately didn’t get the name of) actually take genuine concern for my needs and finding solutions!

I was trying to find a way to connect my aftermarket car stereo into a WiFi hotspot which it’s capable of, but Verizon or XFINITY not only couldn’t help but seemed unwilling to even try.
They were determined to get me set up. They even took the time to read the manual for the stereo to understand what I needed. They figured it out and had zero issues getting me set up.

Also they saved me money by getting me a basically free iPhone 13 pro after trade in, got me a better plan for for 2 lines for less than 1 line at Verizon so I switched after 20 years with them.
They also set up my service under my business to help take advantage of more savings and perks. This saved the activation fees and gave me $100.

As long as the AT&T service is decent they will have gained a confident long term customer.

I originally wanted to fix my old phone that wasn't holding a charge, it is a Galaxy 7S Active. Then seeing the newer phones and how inexpensive they would be, by adjusting our plan, we could not pass it up. Insurance too for the whole family instead of individual phones! Now I have the old one, on a new line, for my younger nephews when they want to watch shows etc.
I am so grateful to the employee who helped us, for finding as such great deals on this amazing new phone, case and upgrading our account! We'll be sticking with AT&T, over tried others & nothing compares.

The Manager by the name of Ambrosia was outstanding!. I was having a difficult time transferring all of my prior apps as well as passcodes from my prior phone and service to my new phone, with AT&T. I have had a stroke and therefore my short term memory made this transaction very difficult. But instead of just taking and trading in my previous phone that I was turning in, and simply erasing all the contents, she made sure that everything was transferred over correctly my passwords were all correct. She spent a considerable amount of time with me ensuring that I felt comfortable and at ease with everything that she was doing step-by-step. She showed no only compassion, but as well due diligence and went above and beyond her duties to assist me greatly. When I left I felt complete ease in everything that had transpired. Thank you again Ambrosia for being such an exceptional person!!!
