If you're looking for winter sports equipment, make this your first stop! I used their snowboarding rental services last season and came back as I had a great experience previously. All their staff were very friendly and professional. My initial intention was to rent, but after taking some time to think I concluded that it would make more sense to buy my own snowboard as I love the sport and decided it was time to commit. Ethan was so exceptional, he set me up with the most excellent collaboration taking quality and pricing into consideration, I got the best prices and the best equipment. My snowboarding ventures have been phenomenal thanks to his expertise and careful input! I highly recommend this spot to embark on your recreational endeavors :)

I was looking for a particular pair of skis as a gift for a friend. A kind employee named Christopher told me that the location he worked at had the exact pair and he got me into contact with the shop. I received a great price and they even shipped them to me. Best customer service I have ever received both from John and Christopher. I highly recommend you buy used skis here.

The staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of selection for snow sports, ice skating (both figure and hockey) skates and gears. They also sell a lot of used gear and take trade-in for old gear, which is great for kids.

We also love their blade sharpening service. Do take note that this service closes 30 min before their shop closes.

Me and my wife had an excellent experience, We wanted to buy and rent some gear for snowboarding. We talked to 2 or 3 staff Members all of whom were incredibly nice and Respectful. They helped us get what we needed within our budget 10/10

They helped me to the end... I went in looking for a cheap bike of half decent quality for running my dog a younger guy was helping a i had a couple questions out of his range he went and got a manger with more knowledge after a good chat he gave me an ever so slight discount which made me feel like a winner. Long story short dog loves it im a happy man

Store is fairly priced for new and used equipment. I went in today to get my first pair of hockey skates as I want to start playing hockey real soon and the guy (who I wish I knew his name) who helped me was so incredibly helpful and nice! He knew exactly what he was talking about and helped me try on different skates to figure out which one would best fit me. Thank you!!

Great selection of gears. Some new and some used. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have several stores around Seattle and we were referred to this location by other stores. Got new skates for Christmas and there were ample supply in stock for us to try them on. Sharping was included too. Very happy to have found this store!

Super helpful and friendly staff, helped my kiddos get the right fit on hockey gear, and helped find inventory that was on the cheaper side. Very pleased with my experience here!!!

Went in to rent ski equipment for the first time and this was a great place to do it - Bryce and the crew were very helpful and courteous and took the time to help us even though they were closing up in 45 minutes. Great selection of new and used gear as well.

Great customer service. Called in to see if they had children's bikes. They were so nice on the phone and tried to help best they could over the phone. We went in to see the bikes and none had training wheels and without trying to sell us on a bike without them, even though they didn't have any training wheels on hand, they said if we went and got some they would put them on for free. It looked like a very nice store. With every type of sport stuff available. I'll definitely come back for more sports stuff

People are super friendly and knowledgeable! We came here to buy goggles and helmet for our very first snowboard lesson. They taught us a lot and helped us get what we are looking for even for color!! Highly recommended! We are coming back to rent the boots and snowboard.

Only place I go to for hockey gear! Such a good selection and the employees are so helpful. Just went to see if they could help me with my helmet and they replaced a snap no problem.

Owners are extremely helpful and kind. Staff is knowledgeable of equipment (in my case, ice hockey). Great selection of new and used gear.

As a business owner; I truly enjoy it when a business takes care of its customers, and goes the extra mile. Recently I bought a pair of hockey skates that were unfortunately not in stock. Due to a shipping issue (no fault of Play it Again sports) they weren’t on time to be delivered as planned. In response John and his employees made sure I knew what was happening and when they would come in (he even texted me to notify me) and made the purchase very easy to plan around. I really appreciate their thoughtful service in a market that commonly forgets what great service looks like. I highly recommend them.

They are so nice! We didn’t get to go skiing because of a tragic family medical emergency. A week later when we try again, they gave us the rental for free and with smiles and good wishes.

John and Jordan were super helpful and friendly. I appreciate the time they took to look at my used equipment and they helped me find a great replacement for my old bike. Great service and fair prices! Highly recommend!

Good selection of hockey equipment and good service.

Update: We've been back a few times since my original review and every time we've received great service. On our last visit, one of the staff helped size my daughter for hockey skates and took the time to make sure she got the right ones. I also find their selection of hockey equipment (especially skates) to be a lot more extensive than any of the pro shops in the area.

This place has the best customer service and selection. Went in for ski boots and it was no pressure but very attentive to how I was doing. They checked in with me every 5 minutes or so even though they were busy with rental returns.
Had a tune up done on my skis and everything was explained well, they are very knowledgeable about their craft.
This is always my rental spot for my kids and they are very patient and listen to my kids input on how things fit.
Highly recommend!

I've enjoyed this location for years, for many things. They also happen to have a great selection of hockey gear and knowledgable staff. I just picked up a consignment goalie glove for a really good deal.
