They dropped my insurance without any form of communication. I only noticed because I noticed that I had not had any automatic payments posted in my bank account... I logged into my account only to find that I had no premiums! I emailed the company asking them to contact me ASAP to get this rectified, but I have not heard so much as a peep.

It's worth noting that I have an immaculate driving record, and have had no changes worth noting that would have impacted my premium. This appears to be a purely administrative screw up that should be easy to fix. The fact that their screw up has left me without insurance for at least a month or two is unacceptable.

Poor communication and administrative goofs aside, the website is very clunky to use. I needed to add a second vehicle a while back, and only after wasting a good amount of time on the web page did it become obvious that I needed to call the company to do this. Yes, in 2017, you can't add another vehicle to your policy from their website.

This isn't the only time I've heard of this happening with State Farm, so I won't be giving them another chance.

As a first time user I'm very lost at what do to with anything insurance. I live with another person who also has renters insurance from a different state farm location and they have received multiple things from their agent. As for me, all I've received from them is my "thank you for signing up with us!" card. Every time I've contacted them, peter has been out of the building or away for whatever reason. Not once have I received anything about renewing my insurance or anything else regarding my account. I have had no luck of even getting into my account (I've tried every single way), I've tried resetting my information multiple times by email and haven't recieved a single one and i've even tried making a new one. If you want an agent who actually talks to you, dont go to this one. On a side note when I have talked to someone in their building they've been very nice and patient with me and helpful so I'll give them that but any other communication is nada.

These people made it beyond more difficult to have insurance than any I've dealt with. Constantly making excuses, constantly making mistakes. I had statefarm for a month, and dropped them because they aren't worth the trouble.
