Wow! I can NOT stop gushing about my Hood Insurance Agent, Jon! Today, he helped my family & I on a personal matter, that I've come to find out, many wouldn't! (Usually, cause they either don't want to get personally involved, or they don't have the time.) However, Jon went above & beyond! He not only help get the information I needed, but made sure that I also received the help I needed, so that there were "No hiccups," along the way! Then, when I asked, "if we could do something for him, as a thank you, he declined, & said that he would appreciate a review!"
