Farb is the man. When things got a little busy, Jamal and I took my new 2016 Cadillac out for a spin! Great SUV and perfect service from those two guys personally. I reside in CA, and was looking for a specific vehicle to purchase through a dealership. And luckily, I found the only one closest to me that just happened to be on the west coast. Sean and the team got a hold of me and explained the process of purchasing the vehicle and having it transported into CA with the ease of registration. The company got the sale processed smoothly and finished in about a week; the vehicle was received the next week with no delay via the recommended shipping agent, Soldier Car Transport. The CA smog and registration went smooth as well. All in all, the vehicle was exactly what was described and matched the pictures posted online. My husband and I came in after a bad experience at a different dealership (Kia of Puyallup) who sold us a car that not even 24hrs later a check engine light came on. This is a different type of dealership. Everyone is friendly and there's just a happy vibe here. If you have a preferred financer then they'll try to get that one. Dylon was who we worked with. He was friendly and not pushy. While we were waiting for financing to get back to us we talked about work, phones, and general life stuff. He's definitely a guy I could have a beer with. I had a million questions about the truck we were looking at and he answered everything. We ended up getting the truck. If you're on the hunt for a used vehicle stop in here and look around.
