Great little boutique in Tacoma located in the Proctor District. They carry some lovely brands and a wide range of styles from casual to dressy. The clothing is high quality to be sure. The best feature of the store are the employees. Kelly and Beth are always happy to see me and have quickly learned my style preferences. Beth looks out for things she thinks I'll like and even sends me photos! While I'm in the store both will put things in my dressing room they think I'll like. I enjoy the compliments I receive on my wardrobe very much. Thanks Kelly and Beth!

From the minute I walked into Walla Walla I was impressed with the quality & oh so soft clothing as well as the friendly ladies who welcomed me into the store!  Kelly & Beth are two of the classiest, fun ladies who I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with when looking for that perfect outfit, or two!  They always go out of their way to help me, sometimes encouraging me to venture out of my comfort zone.  And I’ve come to trust their recommendations as they more often than not are spot on, although they are totally respectful if I want instead to go with a certain look or if I need to work within a budget.  Their goal, I believe, is to help me leave feeling more beautiful and appreciated than when I walked into the store, and in that they always succeed.  Kelly & Beth have a great sense of fashion and style themselves, and I appreciate how they can help make an outfit pop by adding one of their gorgeous scarves or beautifully handmade necklaces!  The Proctor Walla Walla is a great place to shop, with superior customer service!

I love the quality of clothing brands they have at this store. I'm so glad I discovered it. Kelly and Beth always make me feel like a princess when trying things on and you leave this store feeling good about yourself and what you bought thanks to them. Best place in Tacoma for designer fashions. Fantastic staff, great options, perfect service. Skip the mall, and enjoy a day in the Proctor District instead.

Well, it used to be better than Nordstrom!

You can’t load a room with items if there isn’t any inventory. I’ve been a loyal customer for years! I used to get multiple emails and now I don’t get anything about the store closing. The owner has never had any attachment to Tacoma and now it’s clear with 2 weeks notice of closing. Stay in Walla Walla…

Nice looking clothes. Spent nearly $800. Took back two items less than two weeks later and told I had to take store credit as their return policy is only seven days for cash back. The two sweaters were nice but nothing special and totaled nearly $350. I will head back to Nordstrom where the customer service and return policy can't be beat. What a huge disappointment.

I walked in today browsing. The sales person asked if I was looking for something in particular. I said a leather jacket. She said "oh we have some coming in! (looked me up and down) oh, but I've been in retail for 30 years so I can tell none of them will fit you." She made me feel like I shouldn't even be in there. Seriously? I'm a size 12, not that that should even matter! I am a business owner in a customer service driven industry and understand the importantace to be kind and caring. Being pretentious and rude only gains you a bad reputation and bad reviews.

This is the WORST store in tacoma! They are SO RUDE. They talk about theirselves and how long they’ve been working in retail and talk down to customers. The fat one with the short grey hair talks about customers as soon as they walk out the door- it’s sad. Don’t shop here! There are plenty of other stores that’d love your business. Spare yourself.

If you want a $125 t-shirt, this is the place to go.
