I was surprised to actually see a African American section for books in this part of town, I was even more surprised at the level of customer service I received. I'm African American with braids an dress in urban fashion and I'm usually followed when dressed this way in wealthier retail areas, but this store is the complete opposite. Has that small town hospitality vibe every time I enter an I appreciate the patience shown to me an my hyper 7 an 8 year running thru the store . Thank you an merry Christmas

Some of the coolest toys. They have Harry Potter and Star Wars Lego and a great selection of activity toys. Awesome staff greets you at the door.

Needed a present for my nephew’s birthday and they found me one and had it wrapped in about 60 seconds 😅

I have never been to this store in person.

Today, we visited their website for the first time, found an incredible selection of common and unique games, toys, and puzzles, and placed an order to kick off our holiday shopping. The order was delivered to our door before 7 o'clock tonight, at no extra charge. I could not be happier with this hassle free experience, and we're already planning a second order for more gifts.

This store is the best! Friendly staff great selection of Playmobil and calico critters. My 4 year old daughter loves this place . They will even wrap the gift for you . One stop shop. On your way to a birthday party? Swing in grab a gift and a card , they will wrap and your done! So easy! 5 out of 5!!!

Absolutely thrilled! I ordered from them and asked them to gift wrap. Great contact-less delivery and free for my area! I'm just sorry I haven't ordered from them earlier. I will definitely buy from them again.

Today I went to pick up a game that I ordered and purchased online. Unfortunately, when I arrived I found out that the game was out of stock as they had not yet had time to process my order. Although I was disappointed at not fulfilling my mission of getting the specific game for my daughter, the staff was very helpful in calling another local toy store to find the game. I really appreciated their outstanding customer service and look forward to returning to their store.

I love finding all my son’s wonderful toys here! The selection is unique and the quality is wonderful! Their prices are about equal to online retailers, and don’t mind spending a dollar or so more to support a local business! Highly recommend.

This is a small store that is packed floor to ceiling with so much variety! It's almost like the internet but in physical form. They are taking good coronavirus precautions as far as I can tell - workers wear masks and they offer curbside pickup as well as local delivery. I ordered some toys online and they were delivered the next day - beats Amazon! They are also helpful over the phone if you are looking for something specific. Prices are good/consistent with other retailers, and you can feel good about investing in your community instead of making a billionaire richer. Please support this local shop it is such a gem!

A busy store crammed with delights. Not only do they have the latest in baby toys, but they have classics, and everything from teething jewelry for mom to scientific toys and games for older kids. A fun selection of costumes and toys, models to make, children's books (classics as well as new, board books to young adult works)...and the staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. I came in looking for one gift and found so many more!

I absolutely love this place. They are attentive, have a great selection, are great with kids and good at making recommendations. It's so nice to have a local toy store that my kids love going to.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and can suggest options that relate to my description of the child, based on the child's age and interests.
