Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It took me two and half hours to make a withdrawal. On a separate occasion to make a wire transfer, they required me to give them at least a 24 hours notice and told me to call and they’d give me a call back to schedule an appointment. Called five times and left five different voicemails but still no one responded.
