BECU credit union

I love the CU. They offer many services including safe deposits and withdraws just inside the building. Everyone is always kind and friendly along with quick service and informed staff to assist you with all of your banking needs despite it not being a "Bank" but a CU they offer great options such as credit building cards to assist those whom do not have bad credit but simply no credit. Along with all your other basic financial needs. Good area. Highly recommend this location

I've been a member of BECU for over 20 years and I receive really good customer service often but on a particular day that I came into the Burlington location, I received amazing customer service from Angela Fackler. She went above and beyond with her patience with me and all of my questions as I was growing to understand details in a particular topic. I hope for the world to grow in more people like Angela and BECU is very lucky to have her.

I was blown away by the supreme level of service here. It was super busy when I came in but they did an excellent job of getting people through. I was unsure about a few things, but Mitch clarified everything for me. He did a great job at showing me my options for building credit. I find the 24 hour ATMs to be convenient and I don't mind them not having tellers. Overall I dug the vibes of this place and I'll be happy to come back should I ever need anything else.

The staff is amazing and friendly. I love working with the people there. Couple call outs Melissa, Mitch and Zach! Just a side note get rid of online banking wall and put in more ATM. Just suggesting

Absolutely love these people! Workers are always so nice and friendly and are always willing to help. Setting up my first bank account with them was a breeze! These people are so under appreciated.

Although this particular location does not have any tellers and you need to use the ATM to make deposits, I have found them to be very very helpful in making my payments as well as courteous, kind and understanding. I would recommend them to anybody that is interested in BECU or already banks with them.

I like that BECU does not charge their customers/members a maintenance fee. My last banking institution, after 15 years as a loyal customer began charging me $7.00 a month.

I just opened accounts here, and also had questions about Auto loans. I was served by Mitch and the service was excellent. I had lots of questions, and all them were answered clearly. Very professional service, would definitely recommend BECU.

They pay employees real wages unlike for profit Banksters! I have never had a need for a “For profit bank account”. My mortgage, Visa, Line of credit are all at BECU.
Credit Unions are for real people, banks are for the Billionairs.

The people that work there are great. I have a personal and business account and they answer all my questions timely and respectfully.

I have been very pleased with the customer service at BECU in Burlington. Sure it gets a little busy at times but it's a growing city.
