first i do not get paid or influenced by these folks! Stan is more than a five star sales person! more like ten ! his manager is also very helpful too. Their personal attention to small details and help is way beyond what you might expect to find at a typical RV lot. The after service is also excellent. Stan drove to pick me up and take me back. he is way beyond super .. Thanks !!!!!

We took our brand new RV (purchased from a dealer in Oregon) into Poulsbo RV in Mt Vernon, WA due to a strong propane smell. We had no appointment but they took us right in anyway. They found a significant leak due to a loose fitting and fixed it in short order. A very nice experience! Thanks

One of my slides was not working. We dropped off the trailer last Friday and we were able to pick it up the following Monday. Easy fix and everyone in the service department I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I will be using them in the future.

We had no clue what we were walking into. Makaela greeted us with a smile and more knowledge than we knew we needed. She helped us find what we were looking for a gave us incredible insight and help that no one ever has. We truly felt as if we were being treated as if she was buying it with us. We had an exceptional experience at Poulsbo service department. Our 2022 RV had electrical problems while in the middle of a XC road trip that caused us to lose all coach power. Poulsbo gave us an appointment within 48 hours and jumped on the problem until it was resolved, a day later. I'd especially like to thank Danny, Brian and Declin who all took special care of us. Danny came out when we first drove in, saw our problem, and made sure we had an immediate appointment. Arriving for the appointment, Brian came over and introduced himself almost before I got out of the van, and told me he would take care of us. And Declin showed great troubleshooting of several tricky electrical problems. Then he took me out to the RV and walked me through it all in a way that I could understand. He is an exceptional technician. It was obvious that they all cared, and made us a priority. Our local dealer does not give us the time of day because we did not buy the RV from them. At Poulsbo that was not an issue. So thanks guys, you truly saved our vacation!! We are now loyal customers and will save all of our service needs for subsequent visits to Poulsbo (with appointment next time!)

We pulled in after closing desperate for a part since we were leaving the next morning to go camping. David opened the door for us and was extremely helpful and kind despite us showing up after he was closed. They had the exact part we needed in stock and we are happy customer that will be returning in the future.

I highly recommend Poulsbo RV in Mount Vernon. They were so helpful from discussing all my research in RV brands to finding what would work best for our situation to financing to questions after we hit the road. Darren was our sales guy and he made the whole experience fun and answered all my crazy questions so I was comfortable. We had a crazy situation where we were in the process of moving and didn't have an address in WA, but Chuck in finance never gave up and found a way to make it work. Lynn and Ron in parts were very helpful in getting us set up with all the items we needed and letting us know what we didn't need so we didn't spend extra money. They all looked out for us vs making money. Frank walked us through the RV the day we picked it up and answered all questions and made sure we understood our new trailer. I have since called and had another finance gal do some leg work to make sure our title and plates would go to the correct address. Today I called and spoke with someone in parts in regards to a portable satellite install and he answered all my questions and was so nice. Everyone has been so nice I will always go back to them.

The RV we purchased was transferred up from the Everett store. We stopped by there to see it since we were in the area before the transfer was made. They couldn't find it on their lot. The sales guy was not that interested in helping us and passed us off to what I think was a sales manager. he couldn't find it either. It took a couple of days for the Everett store to figure out in was in the service bay or somewhere like that. Service there was horrible and the people couldn't care less about our business. It's worth the drive to Mount Vernon.

David went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. We needed a part for our camp trailer that no one else in the county had. We showed up just after closing and he was happy to help us out! David earned Poulsbo RV our future business. Thanks David!

Service department were very professional and friendly. Adjustments needed to be made on storage door and fiberglass work. The work was completed on time and looks really good. Brian and his staff very friendly people. Also I want to thank sales manager Kevin for his assistance.

The whole experience from start to finish was great. We live out of state and was looking for a specific RV
Clint worked with us to set up the purchase. When we arrived to finalize the purchase, they were totally prepared. Frank was very thorough during the walk through of the rig and helped my husband with the hook up. Tanya had all the paperwork prepared and got us out the door to make our journey home.
We've owned other RV's and this team was the best at genuinely providing great customer service.

The Poulsbo RV crew in Mount Vernon are all about excellent service and not just for RV owners!!! I was hauling my flatbed trailer when I lost connection with it and no amount of fiddling & hay bale twine could make it work. As I needed to haul a couple of tons of wood posts, having operating trailer lights and break contact were critical.

My family I were welcomed to come tour and take our time looking between RV's even allowed the kids to crawl around in them to get a feel of what they liked and did not like. This is the second RV I buy at PoulsboRV. This time it was a used Class A. Clint was on the sales side and Mia from Service helping with the after purchase upgrades (a solar panel kit). They are responsive and stand behind their work.

Our propane tank on/off handle broke on our motorhome. Called several R/V shops to get it repaired and they were either booked solid or did not do that type of work. I stopped in at Poulsbo RV and they said no problem. I made an appointment for the following week, and dropped it off. The repair was done on time. They also repaired the window shade as a last minute request. Both service advisors were knowledgeable and very friendly. They explained both repairs. A very good shop.

Clint Ross Excellent; I found him to be someone I joy working with. Tanya Pellegrino, the same as Clint everything is clear. Clint came in on his day off to accommodate me even when I was late for the walk l can’t ask for more, I still feel pretty bad as we all love time with our family, and I interrupted his. Jaco helped us with our work through excellent service on his part; all the above persons are individuals I am more than happy to work with again should that day ever come. The number of stars is an indicator of the individuals I addressed above.
