My Auntie and I went there to get some discounts on the early black Friday weekend huge sale! We had a wonderful experience shopping here. We went in 2 different times and both times we were met by kind people like Manager Alex who was beyond helpful to us!! Highly recommend shopping here for Christmas!! We are both now already almost finished with our lists🧑‍🎄🎄🎁

I received the best customer service, and I hope the two women who helped me will be recognized for their courtesy, and extra effort on my behalf. They were much appreciated!

I went in for one item for an upcoming trip. It was on sale, but the price charged was not the one I saw on the email ad that prompted my in-store visit. The cashier honored the price I quoted from the ad and quickly made the correction. As a senior on a fixed income, I appreciated her helpfulness.

I love shopping at Kohls!! There is always something on sale and the clothing is always up to date with a fantastic variety to choose from.

Edit 2024 March re uploadyear later. Still 4.5 stars but I always round up.

The staff was very patient and friendly. Had everything I needed. They weren’t mean to me and didn’t shame me for having clearance items.

Great customer service. They have clothes that are big and tall for my son who is 6'5. Great deals. I love their rewards program. You get 10 dollars for the next month on every 50 dollars spent. I joined a few months ago and I have already earned 90 dollars. Online shopping is convenient. You can pick it up at their store. Kohl's is my new favorite place to shop I highly recommend it.

First time shopping there! Fabulous! So much to choose from and as near as i could tell everything was on sale, even the things that didn't say they were. AND, because of the snow, they seemed to have a person dedicated to mopping the snow off the tile so it wasn't slippery as you entered the store. That's extraordinary customer service.

Found some Disney pajamas for pajama day at school.

Had the best experience today at Kohl’s! Tiffany was the absolute best! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, the perfect outfit! I can’t wait to show it off! Thanks for being a ray of sunshine of this very rainy day!

I had a mixed experience. It was my first visit & I didn't know the store layout. Internet said they had what I needed in stock. First worker started walking me to back of store to find my item. I stopped his escort halfway - - once I saw the overhead signs. I spent 20 minutes searching so asked help from the service desk in the back. She was terribly rude "If we have it then it would be out". Refused to answer which shelf it would be on since I couldn't see it. All I could get was a dismissive wave of the hand. NO customers in line. 3 staff behind the counter.
I felt like returning to the website in my car & ordering for curbside pickup. Skipped that & just bought it from a friendly store.

Everyone has an off day. I understand. I could have asked for a manager, but my energy was low after shopping to no avail.
I'll return next time I have a need and hope for best assistance from the service department.

Leslie was amazing. I came in to get a Christmas gift for my man and she hooked me up with online delivery straight to my house because the product in store was a bit chipped, and she got me some great savings. Customer service like this is what will keep me coming back
