Came and right before Christmas and the guy helping me was amazing he helped me get an Xbox x Diablofor my kids and everything I needed for them to start playing thank you very much bro

It has come to relying on online orders. There is never certain on what will come in. If you coming in to the store to purchase an item it is preferable you call ahead to make sure it is instock. I came into my local GameStop store to purchase Sonic Frontiers but it happened that even though it was a new release game it had sold out. And the store employees have no control on what is going to be restocked. So best thing was to order it online. Great game kids loved it, even though it took a little longer to receive it.

Honestly, I could feel like GameStop, and whenever me and my dad was there, sometimes she gets me a game, so that's why.

Most of the employees rreat my son with kindness and respect. They don't mind that he loves to talk collectibles. I appreciate that a lot.

Great Staff, courteous, they have gone the extra mile for my eccentric queries and requests... I think most of the bad reviews come from people that arrive at the busiest times when 15 kids and their parents are all in there at the same time asking stupid questions they could have easily googled before coming in the store, or, while in line to ask the staff they could use those smart devices that even their kids most likely have. Great people, great help, you one star people... I just don't see it being anything but 5 star service.

Game stop is getting to be less and less of a requirement these days with the ability to download games right onto my console.. but being that I'm not too much of a gamer... I had lots of questions about what to buy, in which they were very helpful. They took the time to recommend games for my wife and I to play and that meant a lot. Customer service still exists even with all the worker shortages these days. Thank you🙂

Helpful staff, good place to check for games in stock if you're not downloading them. During pandemic the guy at the counter was good at keeping an eye on the number of customers and asking people to wait outside until turnover.

Brought my kids to GameStop for a free Pokemon card give away. After getting their cards, we walked around looking at the amazing collection of cups, hats, action figures, toys ect. I have kids that are really into Roblox and Pokemon, and there was a huge assortment of neat things I was highly tempted to buy :) The employees were very patient and friendly. Really fun store!

Kinda weird to do during covid 19 but hey they are open as of 05 28 2020 service guy was helpfully no used items are available tho sold out and limited on choices seems like they havent restalked since pandemic hit

They are kickass! They have cool cats working there and they aren't rude or crass they are helpful and knowledgeable and great stock on games and consoles etc

Accepted my 3ds game trades for 7-8$ each not bad and helped renew my power up rewards with the trade in credit with increment to spare!

It's easy to get carried away with all the cool things available and I can always ask for help from the staff when I have questions
