Coach Corral did an awesome job putting a home on our farm!
The house was manufactured to a high standard of quality and has held up well for the last 10 years.

They dealt with the purchase, manufacturing, delivery, permitting and instillation of the home with a high degree of professionalism.
The entire process was completed in seven months, we have been super happy with the result.

We purchased a beautiful park model in 2019 from these marvelous people. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Our sales representative was Wade and he above and beyond to help us from start to finish.

In 2023 worked with the team at Coach Corral and they were very helpful in helping me get a park model for an ADU. The took care of all the site prep work and although it was not seamless, we had hiccups, but I always found the staff to be polite and helpful. I would use their services again in the future if I every have the need.

Beautiful interiors and so many options, it's the fun of a brand new home but not as much hastle. The owners have people to help with all the steps and so far we are excited to start looking for land. Looking at the models convinced us they look as beautiful as a stick built home so far, in my opinion.

I have no complaints, I have bought two mobile homes from Coach Coral, one double and one triple. They were very professional and treated us fairly. I would and probably will use them again, because I know I can trust them.

I cannot thank Wade Padgett enough for his time and energy spent helping me this afternoon. In trying to transfer a title into my name for 2 existing homes that were already on the property we just purchased, the DOL required estimated value from what they dubbed a reputable source. Knowing that 1 of the 2 homes was purchased from Coach Corral, I made the drive from Snohomish to Mt Vernon to explain what I needed. Wade not only looked up the previous original sale, but he also wrote the necessary verbiage out to satisfy the DOL's requirements. In going back to DOL with documents in hand, they then told me that I now also needed a signature and VIN number for the home on the documents. When I called him from the DOL letting him know what they were now asking for to complete the transition, he was willing to rewrite the document with the necessary pieces and email it to the DOL FINALLY allowing me to complete the transaction to get the title transferred. After an exhausting 4+ hours at the DOL over 2 days trying to figure out what I needed, Wade was extremely helpful in helping me get the needed paperwork to get the title squared away and officially transferred over. My Husband and I visited Coach Corral about a Month ago and had a pleasant experience with Jim Degenstein whom is far more knowledgeable regarding design changes to our home to what our property needs for our new home. We have shopped up and down I-5 for a home for the last 4 months and he is the only one who listened to us for our needs. We will be back to purchase Thank you, Dawn and Jim
