If there was less than 1 star they would get it. And Home Depot too. We ordered a counter top from Home Depot that could not be delivered to their store for pick up. We were told that it would arrive on October 30, Nov. 6, 8, 9, 10, 13, and now on the 14th. I have called Home Depot numerous times and spent what amounts to hours waiting for anyone to give me info. I finally got the info for Central Trans. from Home Depot. They talked to us and told us that our countertop had been on their truck since 10/26 and they didn't know why it wasn't delivered. We asked if we could just go pick it up from them and never got an answer about that. Three days later they called back to say it would be delivered on the 14th. Though the website says 13th. We don't know if it's really going to be delivered, we can't get a straight answer from anyone. So at this point if it's not in my hands tomorrow, it's canceled. This has been extremely frustrating and time consuming. I could've just picked the damn thing up at Lowe's, who has it in stock. I wish I'd known that before dealing with Home Depot and Central Transport. Ugh!
11/15/2023 PostScript: After speaking with a resolution representative for HD the countertop was delivered on 11/14 and we received a nice discount for our trouble. The actual delivery person was very nice and helpful and turned our awful experience into a much better one. The CT office people were rude and unhelpful, yet the driver was awesome. Go figure. The HD reps were all helpful and kind.

Unbelievably unprofessional! I ordered a very critical piece of equipment (oven) for my coffee shop and the delivery date kept getting pushed to the next day without any explanation. I spent several days in a row at the shop waiting to meet the driver that never showed up. No call, no heads up, nothing!

The initial attempt at delivery was 10 days after the original planned delivery date! To make that worse, the driver got mad at my baristas for not having a forklift to unload the truck! It is a
counter top oven that could easily be lifted by two people without a forklift. Seems a transport company would have thought that through before driving 30 miles, but he gave my employees a bunch of attitude and left. He told my employees that he wasn't sure when it could get delivered.

I waited another 3 weeks with back and forth phone calls, empty promises of delivery dates, and missed opportunities to use the equipment. It is now over A MONTH past the initial delivery date and my oven just got dropped off today. I can't wait to unpack the crate and see what condition it's in....

As a business owner I just can't imagine how they could operate like this and stay in business. Maybe people just don't know? Well, I had to learn that lesson the hard way. Don't make my mistake!

My pallets have been sitting for 13 days at this location with no calls or updates of delivery. Please do yourself a favor and use a better service, this place has no drivers or trucks… they say. Who knows but 3 weeks for my things is too long for any company trying to make money.

Worst freight company ever! Don't let their cheap pricing fool you. They will delay, damage, or lose your freight and then refuse to refund you anything. Their customer service is like talking to a cardboard box. It's pointless. Honestly, I would use anyone but them. It's not worth the savings to have your shipment all messed up! Management over there is a joke also. Not sure how they stay in business.

Just got ran off the road by one of your drivers in Arlington, WA this afternoon. Until today I wasn't even aware of your company but this driver isn't helping your company's reputation.

Worst trucking company ive dealt with! Held our shipment for days and refuse to provide POD. Everyone there is arrogant and do as little customer service as possible.

They were supposed to pickup and deliver a shipment to me. 3 days now. Everyday is a new lie. They said they went to pickup but warehouse said that they never showed up and have a reputation for doing that.

I don't usually do reviews, but I'm writing for this one to help people out. It took them a month+ to delivered from Mount Vernon to Seattle. And I'm not understanding why? The worse part about is they keep saying "tomorrow" a month later...we are still waiting. I feel like they just took off with our stuff at this point

Lost my breaker and suggested I reorder rather than helping find the missing one.

These guys are a Joke.
