They (Geek Squad) successfully transferred the data from my RIP computer to the new one purchased at Best Buy. The transfer was done in only a few days and they also ensured I was completely set up and ready to roll!

Ever improving.

The store layout is a little unexpected, but the receptionist at the front desk was awesome to get me to the products I needed.

Found just the quality products I was looking for with no time wasted and was on my way.

I was greeted at the door by 2 nice gentlemen. I told them I needed some charging cords for my phone and my tablet. I was led to the display and after answering a couple of questions the clerk picked up 2 cords, opened the boxes and let me make sure they were the cords I wanted. I was led to the checkout counter where another man checked me out with a smile and I was on my way within 10 minutes. It wasn't until I walked out of the store that I realised they were closing for the night but they all stayed and were very kind and considerate of my needs. Thank you.

I love that the staff has a concierge as soon as you walk in. It cuts down the time trying to figure out where to look. However, their aisles are spacious and well organized anyway, but that added personalized touch really brings their customer service to the top. They price match too!

Five stars for having prices that compete with Amazon, and have a store with awesome employees where I can go to look at things before I buy them. And, if I want to buy online, I can pick it up at the store to save on shipping.

Our TV made the "POP-ZAP" sound, and gave up the ghost. Thankfully it was during all the holiday sales. I did some online research, and then we headed to town to find a TV. Best Buy has, by far, the best array of televisions available to view and compare. It becomes immediately aparent how the quality differs between sets when presented with a numer of them side by side.. There weren't a lot of associates, but once the one guy completed another customer's transaction immediately came to assist. We had narrowed it down to two just on picture quality alone, and his input sealed the deal. We got the last one of that model they had, and they even brought it out to the rig, and loaded it. Super happy with both the television and our shoping experience.

Best Buy is always a good trip for me. This time was even better. I had a return that was taken care of quickly. When my son and I checked out they price matched a product that may or may not have been the exact same. To me it looked like the next model up. But I'll take their word for it. Specifically, Irene was very helpful.

I used to shop around for electronics but I have become a Best Buy buyer. What I truly appreciate is the service AFTER you buy. Today was a perfect example. I was having trouble with my two year old laptop just out of warranty. I made my appointment with the geek squad and headed in fearing the worst. He checked it in and gave me estimates on diagnostics. “But wait a minute,” he said. “Let me check with my supervisor.” He took it back and together they realized I had a software issue and had inadvertently changed settings. He reset my computer and everything worked fine! “I should charge our minimum but that only took me a few minutes. You have a nice day ma’am.” That is service and is why my future purchases will be at Best Buy.

Had a remote door lock and engine start system installed. It works great and the service technician was very helpful explaining the system. He did nice clean work. Also while waiting we shopped around and all other employees were helpful in there departments.

They didn't have my phone case but the guys worked hard at trying to find one for me. I came in right when they were about to close and they were very helpful and didn't try to just dismiss me because they were closing. I really appreciated their help and their time.

Pandemic store experience - Staff took my name at the door and let me in to browse while they sent a salesman to help me with my specific purchases, a TV and a Laptop. It seemed like about half the items on display were not in stock, so I had to reverse to asking first what was inventory and available for immediate purchase and then narrow down my final selection based on what was on hand. They also had some different sizes of TV's in the back but not out on the floor...so my usual expectation of pointing and buying was not what worked here, definitely needed the salesman to help tell me what they actually had. But finally left with what I needed, and staff were pleasant and eager to help, probably just glad to have the store open and get paid.
