AT&T employee Derek was super helpful in setting up a new phone for one of my free lines. I didnt even buy the phone from the AT&T store. Derek went above and beyond to walk me through everything and ensure my new number worked. Major thank you to Derek, his professional attitude, and his helpfulness!!!

Tanya at the Mount Vernon store was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to get one new phone and some accessories and preorder 15 ProMax. Tanya was great...personable, professional and thorough. Could not have asked for more! This was great customer service!

After many years we finally upgraded our Android phones to Iphone's taking advantage of your deal for trade in phones. We had the BEST service making this change happen for my husband and I Derek started the process on a Friday evening. We had to go back on Saturday to finish the process. And again excellent service by Julie. Thank you to the staff at the Burlington Washington store you made the switch painless.

We were greeted as soon as we came in. Our requests were met with a great "can do" response by your associate.... Derek did a tremendous job and helped us upgrade 2 of our 5 phones and replace the screen protectors on 2 others...

The store reps are always very helpful. Fourth time coming here and the service is always great. What my wife and I love about this specific store is that every time we have gone in for something we never feel pressured to buy or purchase anything. They always politely let us know what deals and promotions they have going on but never feel pressured or obligated to buy. Very welcoming service. Store reps are always looking to help you with what you came for and get you back on your way. Highly recommend this store and appreciate the management of the store!

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you go at a time when it’s not too busy to cut down on wait time. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and only waited about 10 minutes though. I got an iPhone and they were able to charge up my old phone, back it up to my new phone in minutes. Stock of Apple products (iPhones and accessories) were a bit low but they can usually get items into the store within a few days. I totally recommend this store.

We’ve always enjoyed the customer service since years ago when we had a house phone. Jerry P (Burlington WA store) was very patient and helpful in that he listened and understood our needs. He gave us a better deal than we anticipated when we walked in! 5 🌟 service!

I went in last week because I’d shattered my phone. Due to COVID-19, we were worried about going in because of social distancing, but we were very pleased to find out any person entering had to wear a mask and they were only letting a customer or two in at a time. I chose the galaxy s20 the first round, and I had to bring it back yesterday because it was defective. We worked with a very sweet girl named Tanya, and she helped me trade in and set up my new iPhone 11 because that’s what I’d decided to switch to this time. She was patient with us, helped me transfer all of my docs and pictures, and even offered to call us to let us know when the transfer was done so we didn’t have to sit around for an hour. Once the transfer was complete she helped me set up everything on it, and since I’d always been an android user, I appreciated it greatly! I will say the assistant manager was very aggy and kinda short with his employees both times we were there, but she let it slide right off her back. If you’re able to, request Tanya Garcia (I believe that’s her last name). You won’t be disappointed. 5 stars for Tanya ❤

I was really impressed with the young man who helped me out recently. Everyone in the store was involved and friendly. Good team they’ve got there.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Luis is very knowledgeable and professional, he always helps me when I have a problem. Helped me with my bill when I had issues with it and also helped me order a new phone when my old one died. I would recommend asking for Luis when going to this store.

This store and the employees are amazing! Anytime I have come in to this store my wait time has been low and all my questions have been answered. Each AT&T Rep I've worked with has taken the time to review my account with me and give me the best options to beat sage money on my account. I am overall pleased with AT&T as a product, but it has been this store that keeps and has grown my business with them.
