Skagit Valley Polaris

Bought a new KLR 650 from Skagit Valley Polaris/Kawasaki a few weeks back. Honestly, after visiting Cycle Barn, the experience here was very refreshing! No sales BS, and openly negotiated with me on the OTD price.
Was less than 2 hours from the time I arrived, and the time I rode away on my new bike.
Jordan was great to deal with, and all the staff were courteous and helpful.
They gave me a generous discount on gear, and threw in some swag!

We Needed A Stubborn Mule... after a high level of due diligence, our family chose to go with a Kawasaki Mule for our Whidbey Island Farm. Virtually driving the I-5 corridor, we landed at SVP and were pleasantly introduced to Jordan. Very patient, knowledgeable and FAIR.. and our new Mule will be a great addition and will be used and enjoyed for years to come.

In today's world, to find informative sales representatives is hard to do, needless to say, we're pleased with Jordan and SVP.

We bought 4 quads 20 years ago at Skagit Valley Polaris. We have always returned here for maintenance. All 4 quads are still running and in the family. Good mechanics that tell you the truth.

I had them install electric start on my wife’s sled, got it home and the reverse wouldn’t work. Taylor the technician came to my house after hours and fixed it. Awesome service like that is hard to find these days.

I bought my first RZR from these guys last year. It was a used unit, and unfortunately, the engine needed replaced due to an internal failure two weeks later. Not their fault in any way, just luck of the draw with a used machine.

Not only did Polaris themselves step up and help, but Dan and the service team helped me out in a big way as well by replacing the engine for me and making it right. This was on top of them throwing in extras at the time of purchase as well as repairing things I noticed before the purchase. Definitely one of the best sales experiences I've had, and the follow up with what I was originally fearing to be a nightmare turned into an easy solution. I've been running the machine hard for the past year now and it's been great!

There are two other Polaris dealers less than 30 minutes from home, yet I end up going over an hour to these guys because they not only have what I need in stock when others don't, but they're great to deal with. Definitely check them out!

After trying to buy a Polaris from many other Polaris dealers, and not getting called back, or even given the time of day I received an email from Dan the (owner) asking if there was anything he could do to help me out. Skagit valley Polaris has become my one stop shop for all of my ATV parts and accessories. I have a few machines and only one of them is a Polaris, but, I still buy all my parts there because the service is great. Cole always goes out of his way to make sure I am taken care of and in a timely manner. I recommend everyone go in and check them out!!

I was looking for bike and called in and talked to Cole. He was super knowledgeable about all the questions I had. I told him I had a very tight schedule and I would have a short window to pick up my 2017 Kawasaki z650. He told me to fill out an app online real quick and he'd let me know. He called me back immediately told me I was approved and that he would pre-print and get everything done so that when I showed up it would be real fast. I got dropped off after work and was out of there in 20 or so minutes. I really liked though that he still took a minute to run over all safety protocol with the bike. I have already referred 2 people to the shop since buying it a couple weeks ago. Cole and Jason have been over the top with their customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend calling if your interested in a quote on something or have any questions about toys you already have, these guys know their stuff there. I will be returning for mods to my bike and anything else I need. Smart crew, thanks guys!

I'm a Victory owner from out of the area but I make a point of stopping in every time I'm near Skagit Valley Polaris. Cole and Jason have both been very helpful and gone above and beyond for customer service on numerous occasions. I wish my local dealership was as awesome as these guys are. I've not had any service done, so I can't speak to that but for parts, accessories and apparel these guys go out of their way to be helpful and make me glad that I came in versus going to the internet.

After working back and forth with several other dealers across Washington State on a new RZR, I shot SVP an email. From initial contact, to after sale follow up, I could not have been more impressed. Cole went way above and beyond to make sure absolutely everything was taken care of, and that type of service is something you just don't get anymore. Have become friends with the owner and counter guys. Please don't mistake what seems to be lack of interest in you're interest. Great guys, just very busy all the time. They truly want to help you get what you want. Love doing local business, as I'm a small business owner here in the valley.

I bought a 2020 RZR XP 1000 yesterday from Skagit, and Erica was on point! She had me fill out the paperwork online, and by time I got there it was literally 3 signatures and 15 minutes til that bad boy was loaded in my trailer and I was on the road home! Thanks again Erica, and Skagit for excellent service!

Ive been a customer for years here... All the staff is always so friendly but cole always goes above and beyond. From mounting a tire for me the same day to taking the time to help me look for parts that arent even for a kawasaki or polaris. For years it has been and will always be my first stop for parts, service, or to catch a sale apparel item. Nice prices guys thanks again!

Best place to buy and get anything you want and need

Purchased a Polaris Slingshot in May of 2015. During the process of ordering and delivery I was treat in a very professional, but friendly manner. In early 2016 I was looking at updating my Yamaha Rhino UTV and stopped by the Skagit Valley Polaris dealership just to see how the Ranger 570 XP stacked up to the Yamaha Viking.

As I walked in I received a pleasant surprise when the person behind the counter said " Hi Bruce, how are you liking the Slingshot?" It had been almost a year since I was in the dealership and at that time they were back logged because of the high volumes of sales for the Slingshot, yet they remembered me!

Because the Ranger 570 XP out did the Yamaha Viking in several categories important to me, I ended up trading in the Yamaha and purchasing that UTV. As I did not have a trailer, Skagit Valley Polaris offered to pick up the Yamaha and delivery the Ranger at no cost.

After delivery, I had a small problem with the Ranger. Skagit Valley Polaris did not hesitate to pick up the Ranger and determine the problem, which turned out to my error, and fix it. They returned the Ranger to our home and did not charge us for checking it out or pickup and delivery. That is good old fashioned service as it used to be be when a dealer wanted to keep your business.
