Patty, the store manager, is horrible and disrespectful. I entered the store with my wife, who had just had surgery and required my assistance trying on clothes. She declined, and I informed her that accessible rooms are designed for such circumstances, but she still refused. We ended up leaving. Dorothy, on the other hand, was pleasant and sweet, and had the quality of a good manager. Keep it up Dorthy.

Last time to your store!

People at the register do not know how to work the registers. It’s been over an Hour just to do a return on some pants that they ordered a wrong size in the first place. More training is needed.

On December 19th at around 12pm I experienced a female associate greeting two separate Caucasian shoppers and when she saw my sister and I she just turned around and walked away. We also weren’t the only Hispanic shoppers she did that to. Another Hispanic family walked in and the associate walked past them without greeting them or asking if they needed any help. Goes to show not a everyone is able to work in customer service.

Don't ever go to this Tilly's they have bad customer service I bought a sweater and it had a rip so I tried to return it but they said I could only get store credit so I said ok but then the manager came and said I couldn't get store credit nore return it and I just bought it last week so to all just go to a different store to not get screwed.

Terrible customer services. The manager didn’t even seem interested in helping me in any way.

Online service is horrible, they still charged me even though they canceled my order
