Express

Express is the equivalent of Toys R Us for grown men, a place of class and casualness. What I love about this company is the quality and the people they tend to employ. I’m all about customer service, and this location like a nice soft cheesecake after some edibles hits the spot. The layout is simple, the store is kept clean, and the women who work here are bright, friendly, professional and filled with joy and charisma. I’ve never had a negative moment here and always enjoy the banter between the cashiers and I. If you’re a man without a clue or a young man looking to explore in apparel I recommend Express. You’ll love the way you feel, I guarantee it 😏

I went into Express today to return some items. The Assistant Manager Adriana was SO AMAZING! She greeted me with a smile and Hello at the register! I explained the reasons why I was returning and she happily took care of the returns. I was going to order the new items I needed online on my own, but Adriana told me that she would order them for me! She insisted! She took the time to order everything for me and let me shop around while she did so. She did everything so quickly for me, she ordered my new items, even got me a quicker shipping so I wouldn’t have to be without my work clothes for so long! She was so nice and I definitely felt special with the above and beyond customer service that I received! Thank you Adriana for my making my experience today smooth and easy! She definitely needs to get some recognition! You don’t get too much of amazing customer service now and days, However Adriana is One of a kind for sure! 🙂🙌

They were awesome! I lost my receipt and needed to exchange a pair of pants. Because I have an account they were able to locate my receipt with my phone number.

Love Express, I'm a super lean guy, 5'9" 145lbs but I lift so slacks that fit well are hard to find. Express has a variety of fits that make getting pants that you want to fit well, possible. They also have coupons and what not to save you money. It's always good to hit the sales and do online shopping. I picked up 4 pairs of slacks for under $100 bucks which is pretty insane unless you're hitting the discount stores like Ross or Marshall's where you have to fish for clothing. Customer service is always first rate and the ladies are genuinely helpful at this store. New arrivals for spring are in and they have sales on that stuff too! Satisfied with my purchases.

Store was very clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great quality and quantity of many variations of style. Will be back for more.

I went in to look for a woman's suit and Kat came to assist me, she automatically knew what size I was and what blouses to try on, I have not had excellent customer service like that in a very long time, thank you Kat!!!!
