Chick-fil-A

Their drive thru is one of the most efficient and impressive stops I've experienced. Everyone is also very nice and welcoming. The food was delicious and top tier! Their mac and cheese is bomb. I wish their waffle fries were crispy on the outside but since that is my only complaint, I am completely satisfied and can't wait to go again.

The food is exceptional. I was offered a refund because the wait was almost 30 minutes, but I was warned before I even ordered, so I couldn't in good conscience accept it, but I was impressed that it was offered. I don't think they should even offer $10 gift cards for sale. It doesn't cover any combos.

I love this place so much the best chicken the best customer service people that work here so friendly they are so kind it's an amazing experience every time and with the new remodel it was worth it it's gorgeous and very clean too... I got the chicken cobb salad with some amazing and also several chicken sandwiches and they are so delicious

First time using this locations drive-in feature. There was not much traffic at the store when I went Saturday late afternoon. If you have a big car or a truck, use the right most lane. The left lane merges into the right lane at the end of the store. The drive-through lanes are tight and if you have a truck or a large vehicle, the right lane is the best. They are well organized for taking your order and processing it as fast as they can.

We don’t have one nearby where I live and was excited to Visit inside. My four year old was so happy that he had nice fresh flowers on the table was enjoying his nuggets. Spicy chicken meal with the sauce is always a chefs kiss. Ordered two large fries for me because I just love them so much.

I went drive thru for brunch. It was not crowded at the time but the staff was set up to keep the line moving. I was pleased to receive my glutenfree cambo with grilled nuggets, fairly quickly. This location has a great and friendly staff. My food was delicious

Food was delicious. It's a little tricky maneuvering into the drive thru, but they do a great job of keeping the line flowing. Come in from the west side for easier orientation into the drive thru line. It's backed up usually so this will make it easier

I love this place I could eat here all day long food so good and they are so organized. They might always have a line but it goes fast.

This location has revamped the whole drive through process, making it more streamlined.....the weather is mild, if they keep up that level of service during swings in the weather......,I hope everyone takes a moment to realize what it takes for these employees to make it happen and extend a "thank you."

Wow! Just wow! The service here for a fastfood place is crazy awesome and the speed they gave me my food was incredible. I've been to a few fastfood places lately that just take soooo long... And when I first got there I almost turned around and left, but I'm glad I didn't. Once I had ordered I barely had enough time to find a table and sit down before they were coming out and handing me my food. With the line inside growing and the drive thru packed I didn't expect my food for a while, but here it came. I almost thought they made a mistake. Plus their food just seems so much fresher and better. I really do like Chick-fil-A a lot and wish I could go more often. So good!

This rating is for past visits. I miss your Day Street/Canyon Springs store. This remodeling is taking forever. When do you anticipate reopening?

I love the grilled chicken options. They are very flavorful.

Great service and food. I did witness employees getting mistreated inside by customers. It's sad how fast food workers get treated, and I hope Chick-fil-A managers stick up for their employees! Also, walking out of the restaurant, I hear a customer using profanity at the workers. This makes me sick to my stomach! These are people just trying to make a living. I hope Chick-fil-A takes good care of all of their employees. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Riverside, for always being kind!

Always a favorite, plan to wait in a long drive thru line just because of its popularity

The service it’s fast but the customer service it’s getting bad they are rude this location use to be my favorite not anymore.

Love love love this place. Why are they closed on the day I crave the chicken which is Sunday😂😂. Love the lemonade especially on a hot day. The drive thru is amazing. Theres like 4 ppl working it. They understand that time is money and move their line like crazy!!!! I need like a million chick fil a sauces though😅
