People must steal a lot there, the security guards are obviously observing you. I showed one of them proof of currency so he could see that there’s not a need to be following me around.

Besides that, I’ve found really good things here.

So helpful! It was my first time going there in a while, and they already had self checkout. They always have a clean store and a variety of good items.

Always crowded in the checkout line, but prices make up for that.

Had exactly what I needed again! Perfect timing. Got in, got what I wanted, and got out.

This Ross is the Best one in the Inland Empire!! Seriously Clean, neat, smell fresh, and has pretty much everything!!!

When paying they opened up two extra registers to help the line move faster. Security guard helped us to our car with all of our items. Great experience the only downfall was that there restrooms we're out of order.

The first time I’ve been here early last year as an African-American male I didn’t have the best experience because the employees decided to follow me around the store and basically cornered me instead of asking me to leave my bag at the door like normal people. Im really shy and don’t like confrontation so i ignored them even tho I shouldn’t have. After that i vowed never to return. Fast forward to now i decided to check it out again have to say i had a great experience. They had a major upgrade in customer service. The security guards and employees treated me really nice even tho i looked really homeless in my comfortable wear. The security guard asked me if i needed to change and directed me to the bathroom even tho I didn’t need to at the moment. Turned out i did needed to use the restroom after purchasing my items. The fitting room associate was really nice. She asked if i paid for my items without heckling me. I left the store and one of the woman told me to have a nice day with the sweetest smile. I’ll def be returning.

Is a place where you can find almost everything for both a business and Casual lifestyle, and it is all at a great price.

Everyone was friendly and helpful as to where certain things I was looking for they gave me the direction and was a satisfied customer!!!...the lady helped me with selfcheckout I forgot her name but thank you for the help!!!edit: very clean!

I went to get a new backpack and knew that the back to school sale would have plenty of selection. I found an all black with 4 padded compartments including a special computer pocket Swiss backpack for $49.99. GREAT DEAL!

Always find something for me or a gift and the prices are reasonable.

Great deals each time with awesome variety of things and brands of clothing and shoes one could never imagine to find anywhere else even if you went looking for then. Keep it up Ross. Visiting Ross for me is almost equavelent to a kid in a candy store. Plenty of distractions and choices always.

I was shopping at this store and squatted to look at sheets on a bottom shelf...well when I went to stand up..my knees locked
..I tried in vain to stand up and could not! 2 girls that work there tried to help me and finally got me up...I'm so thankful..I wish I knew their names. Thank you x 100
