This store is nice because it has some items that you've never seen...it has Japanese foods and drinks.

Nice place reminds me of hot topic just more Anime and Japanese item focused. They have cool food like chips candy noodles and sodas with flavors only available in Japan.

The store was well organized, spacious, and clean. There's plenty of stock on the shelves (a little of everything, media, apparel, figures, ect) and it doesn't feel cramped like some of the other similar stores in this mall.

Most importantly the manager and his employee (didn't get her name) went above and beyond to help me out with an order. I haven't had a customer service experience that was this caliber in a long time. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be visiting this store again.

Awsome store, mainly went for there big selection of Funko Pops but they have almost everything from collectibles, to movie to electronics. Would def recommend 10/10.

Manny was great! He was helpful, patient and funny, would definitely shop here again,..

They overcharge on everything. Something that should be 15 will end up being 45 dollars. The discounts are the market value prices.

the employees are rude and follow you around which feels like you can’t breath at all without them watching you.
