Riverside Community Hospital

I just delivered my baby at this hospital on the 22 and the staff were very helpful and nice. I unfortunately had an earlier labor (and couldn’t make it to my original hospital) but everything I needed was provided to me and the nurses were helpful to both me and my fiancé. Even they offered to help my fiancé because he was sick. I would recommend people to come here if there looking to deliver ur baby. Everything was nice and cleaned and they even had big spacious rooms with peanut balls and yoga balls.

Great hospital. Everyone is very helpful and compassionate. Always willing to help you with questions. Best care anywhere. Keep up the good work.

I had a great experience of baby delivery at the Riverside Community Hospital. All doctors and nurses were professional, polite, and kind but Nurse Tori was really incredible, she is dedicated to her job and patients, she stayed overtime 5 hours with me before I gave birth and she was sure I'm doing good. She was next to me at every stage of this sensitive process, I felt her help, and support and was sure everything going smoothly.

I was recently in the hospital for major surgery, but the staff here made my stay as nice as possible. The hospital is nice and clean, the prep area are actual rooms where you feel calm and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and high profesional. They definitely cared about every patient. In the recovery room you feel safe under profesional care of several nurses .Thank you Dr Lin and Dr. Bhuller and everyone from Riverside Community Hospital! Email treated me very well and were very professional also there nurses try there best to make you feel comfortable and taken care of especially nurse brittany she tries her very best even when there low staffed to get things done. I'm very grateful for everyone that took good care of me while I stayed here.

This was my first time going to the ER here I plan to deliver at this hospital but anyways I came to get an ingrown removed and the ER by my house is always very crowded and sometimes I’m there for over 4-5 hours here I was there for a bit over 2 but the staff was all very attentive. Even when getting the ingrown removed they were very attentive, polite! Which really means a lot especially when I was in so much discomfort! I was happy overall !

I was recently in the hospital for an outpatient procedure. I have had 10+ experiences in various outpatient surgery centers and this was definitely the nicest of them all. I liked that the prep area were actual rooms and not little cramped curtained areas where everyone could hear your medical history. The staff was by far the friendlies and most helpful I have ever encountered. They clearly cared about your comfort and well being. The staff assisting the doctor were also very professional and caring. The recovery room was a series of curtained area, but they left empty area between patients so you did not feel crowded. While I wouldn't want to do the procedure again, If I have to, it will be at Riverside Community Hospital. The only negative would be the terrible parking, it took us 15 minutes just to find a spot far far away.

First of all I want to start off with saying thank you so much that I had an amazing nurse at this hospital 🩷#Kulsum. Love how she communicates and understands that that communication is key. And that whatever we need something she is there no matter what because she puts us fist 🫶. Blessed to have her as being a first Mommy I am so happy that I have met her.💖

I delivered my second baby here. Overall, I like this hospital way better than where I delivered my first baby! Only 2 complaints: the visitor policy for the mom+baby ward needs to be settled and explained to all staff members (there was a lot of confusion at first) and one of the nurses didn't provide her number (they all had cell phones instead of using the call button) even after it was brought to the other nurses' attention- she seemed to not want to be called and just check on me every 3-4 hours.
Sam (triage) was very kind and comforting when explaining what will happen (I went in with complications and ended up delivering early).
Cathryn (labor+delivery) was amazing! She repeatedly checked on me while waiting for my time to deliver. And during my delivery, she was kind, comforting, and reassuring. She made me feel safe and not alone (my husband didn't make it in time).
Michelle and Tatyanna (both labor+delivery) were also kind, courteous, and comforting.
Missy (mom+baby) was very sweet and informative when I first got moved over to that dept. She was also there when I got discharged and did not make me feel rushed when it was time for me to leave.
Martha (mom+baby) was awesome! Not only was she kind and courteous... She helped me by letting me take a nap while she watched over my baby. I was exhausted from paperwork, feedings, phone calls, check ups, and everything else that overwhelm moms after giving birth- I needed some sleep and she made that happen. Friggin awesome!!
Marilou (mom+baby) was the nurse that never gave me her number and seemed to not want to be bothered. Luckily, I had Leo's (mom+baby) number and he relayed calls to her when I needed someone, which was only one time. Leo was very kind and helpful.
Maddie and Stephanie (both mom+baby) were very sweet and patient. They were helpful and informative when my discharge was coming up.
Meila (discharge) was very sweet, informative, and patient. She explained everything to me carefully and made sure I understood everything. She also didn't make me feel rushed or in the way after the paperwork was signed and it was time for me to leave.
Again, my overall experience was A+
I would absolutely recommend this hospital for delivering a baby! Thank you Riverside Community!

I've never been to a hospital that's given such great care as this one. I spent a month at a different hospital when my Dad had cancer and it was quite the Odyssey.
This time it was unfortunately my turn to deal with an accident I had while skydiving.
The ER staff was phenomenal. Even the nurse in the entrance was just amazing to deal with. I was scolded a few times while I waited for x-ray's, even though my wait was a couple of minutes. I just like to walk and pace around, even with a broken butt bone lol.
I ordered Uber Eats and the nurses brought it to me.

I ended up getting admitted and didn't wait much for a bedroom. The hospital staff was also amazing. I was checked on constantly and anything I needed was given stat.
Big props to nurses Jonalyn and Hannah from the 5th floor of the new wing.
Also, there's an a la carte menu for food, ha! First world hospital I guess!

Also, tons of hot nurses, from when you walk in. Even my girlfriend was checking dudes and girls out at this hospital. She said it looked like we were watching Gray's Anatomy or some similar show, lol!

I just delivered my second baby at Riverside community hospital again and I would just like to thank all the nurses and staff that were there during my delivery! It was definitely not how I planned to have my baby however all the ladies were so supportive! A special thank you to the nurse Tori and the clerk I believe her name is Anita! Such great woman and made me feel extremely grateful to have them apart of this delivery! ♥

My husband was in the Cardiac unit. Nayla Thomas & Shaenel Graham are the two of the best nurses, smart, caring, and kind are just a few words to describe how fabulous they are!! We were not impressed by Dr. Ying. He was flustered and never came back to deliver test results. He didn't care enough to answer our concerns. He even forgot to discharge my husband! Thank God though for the Nayla & Shaenel though, who went above and beyond to answer questions.

We had a great experience in this establishment. The doctors and nurses know what they were doing and we were really comfortable. They kept us informed on how my mum was doing. The only thing is, get to the hospital early to get a nice parking. Other than that I will refer this clinic to everyone. They are so respectful to us with a smile. The head nurse and physical therapist was awesome. Thank you so much for all you do.

I’m writing this review with pure satisfaction (the second time around). When I went into labor with my son it was in 2020 peak covid and I unfortunately found out day of I was positive and wasn’t allowed to have any support including husband. I was a first time mom going through it alone and had some of the rudest nurses ever who truly scarred me and deprived me of what should have been such a relatively beautiful experience. The second time around I was nervous with the expectations I’d have a similar experience. I’m overjoyed to state it was not the same. I had the sweetest nurses that I want to shout out so shout out to nurses Savanna, Shelley, Jessy, Martha, Leo, and Carissa from the labor and delivery unit. They came without a sigh or hesitation when I was in need. They never smirked or made evident faces of being bothered. They Really just made up for my first time experience and for that I’m grateful.

I came to the hospital for deliver, The staff was really helpful and nice and they helped me right away because I was dilated three and then in 30 minutes I went to seven and then they were really caring and helpful and really nice staff And my nurse Kulsum RN really professional thank you for all your help and support with my delivery.

5/23. Dr. Ravi is an amazing doctor. He is thorough, caring, sensitive, honest and even mannered. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, he does not rush you though your appointment and I feel like he explores all possibilities. I have had many doctors and many procedures, including the procedures he performed on me, and he is by the the best out of all of them!

The scheduling of appointments and procedures was made with ease and done in a timely manner, where in the past I have had to wait more than 6 months to see a specialist. His office and hospital staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. I’ve never had a better hospital visit than what I had with Dr. Ravi and the staff at Riverside community hospital. Every single person I encountered for my procedure was just so helpful and so kind and so caring.

Overall, I really did have a great experience even at my highest moment of anxiety. One hundred percent of the time, I felt like I was able to put complete trust into Dr. Ravi and his staff. With out a doubt, he is one of the very best that you can trust.

The entire hospital staff from calling me to confirm my appointment, to walking into the front desk, to getting me into hospital bed and then finally into the operating room….absolutely amazing treatment!!!! Everyone had a smile on their faces. Everyone was just so kind. I cannot get over the fact that this was just a really great experience for me from start to finish.

Was a very nice experience when I had my back surgery July 19th 2021. Dr. Ghostine was my surgeon & he is the best. The nurses taking care of me were so nice and friendly and my doctor put me in a suite. My little terrier mix came to visit me with my hubby and the food was great except no creamy ice cream. Need to get some.

Shout out to Respiratory Therapist's Ally and Ed, Dr. Ryan Pulmonary, these guys are their jobs! not just there for a paycheck, excellent care and knowledgeable, they are thorough and take the time to help you!

We are so greatful with this Hospital, they were all so nice, the nurses, doctors, case manager, etc. My mom was so well treated for 1 week as inpatient. Definitely a great hospital.

Had a bravo procedure done and loved how sweet the receptionists were. The staff overall was very kind and caring. They were attentive to every patient who was coming in for different things. They were smiling and telling people hello and asking if you’re comfortable or if you need anything. Been to different hospitals and this was the first time I felt comfortable and safe at a hospital for my visit.
