The staff is lovely! I told the girl that it was my first toy and she helped me choose one and was very patient. They have testers so you can feel and see what will work for you. I didn’t feel rushed either. I’ll definitely come back.

Today is September 24 and it was around 230 in the afternoon me and my fiance came in and we're very warmly greeted by three beautiful ladies and were helped THE ENTIRE TIME. The first 5 mins we were told the deals of the day and given some pointers around the store, and even tho the outfit I tried on didn't fit the way I wanted the lady who helped we're SO nice. Thank you so much girls! I wish I got your names. ♥

Nikki offered to help a tad bit to early while we were still looking but then after awhile Alexis came and helped us opened packages and let us see and feel the product I love this because the other shop off of market street wouldn't even let us see it they yelled at us saying we can't open it or touch it so i was very grateful for Alexis's help. Keep up the good work.

The feel of this store is unlike anything I have ever seen in this type of retail. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with a kind friendly demeanor and free from any judgment. The staff was amazing in being helpful without being overly involved. The layout is wonderfully setup. Definitely my new favorite shop for these products.

My fiance and I were coming in to check out the fun factory toys and were greeted by Danielle. She was so awesome and friendly and really helped us out with recommendations. She was knowledgeable on the products we were looking for and was able to recommend something that worked even better. Will definitely be returning for the variety of products and amazing customer service!

This was my first time there, I went with my boyfriend and picked out some very sexy outfits that were amazingly priced! Upon entering we were greeted by a cute, friendly employee who gave us a coupon and made sure we were taken care of. They wrap each piece with tissue and put in a nice bag, it makes it feel very special(and perfect to wrap a gift in the future) I spent $86 and got a robe, 2 undies and a whole jumper set. All are very flattering and soft. Will be back!

I usually dont write reviews but I had to with this store because honestly the girls were amazing! I am not the type to go in stores like this and buy things (I get very uncomfortable) but the girls were so nice, fun, and helpful! They have a great variety of stuff and for a decent price. Quality is good! I am definitely going back for more and this will definitely be "GO TO" store for fun and sexy things for my relationship. Thank you ladies! 😘😘

The staff are friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. I was helped by two wonderful ladies and Sarah even gave me some wonderful ideas I had never considered before. Would definitely recommend.
