The Medicare Exchange

Dale Eller came to our senior building to make a presentation explaining changes that have been made to Medicare. He then helped several residents to choose the best option for them. He is kind, patient and willing to help residents even if they have different insurance. I, myself am very grateful that he explained all of my options to me in detail. His expertise and generosity has blessed our community. You rock Dale!!

Duke with the Medicare Exchange is a total servant. He helped me find exactly what I needed at an affordable rate, and he does it all at no cost. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and explained things in a clear and simple manner. (That is no small feat when you can't make head nor tails of all the Medicare rules and jargon.) He is professional, available to answer additional questions, and a great guy to work with. I have recommended him to everyone I can think of, and he has helped many of my friends also. Shane is very knowledgeable and was able to educate me regarding appropriate options as I begin the Medicare journey. I felt comfortable with my decisions based off Shane’s input and offerings. Shane took time to listen and was very patient.

Shane has been a great help to me the last few years. Walking me through the Medicare process and looking at things to help me see what retirement will look like. Especially since my husband passed away a couple of years ago and I barely make ends meet with what I make at my job, my husband's retirement pay, what little retirement pay I will get and the small amount that is in my 401K. I keep looking for that money tree in my backyard but it isn't there. Shane has given me some ideas on how to make things work and even called the Social Security office and sat with me and waited for over an hour for them to answer some questions and he got the ball rolling on things that I have wanted to get done, but never could find the time to do it. He has given me plenty of other things to think about and decide exactly what I want to do with the rest of my life and finding ways to make it work. Shane has been a great help to me in so many ways. Amazing how the right person comes into your life right when you need them the most.

I was so confused, and run around like crazy when it comes to Medicare and legally required to sign up. Getting this old in life is earned and things should get easier and become more clear. But no, then Medicare. Wow. The pressure from the kaos and confusion was overwhelming. After some research I finally found The Medicare Exchange - even their web site actually put me at ease. I studied a little about the consultants and my pick out of them all is Dale Eller. I called and left a message, he got right back to me. Had to reschedule our appointment the closer it got, he reaches out and makes sure the reschedule is taken care of. He is the best of the best. And I am thankful beyond belief. Every time I walk into this place I am smiled at and acknowledged by all those that work there. The Medicare Exchange (and Dale Eller) are definite keepers. I feel a gift has landed in my lap.

We began working with Shane Hansen at The Medicare Exchange about 6 months before my husband turned 65. We were referred to him by a good friend. He met with us at our home for our first get-to-know you medicare education meeting. We were clueless about the ins and outs of a very complicated system called Medicare. We walked away with a much better understanding of how to navigate this system and make the right choices to meet our needs. We just finished going over coverage for 2024 with Shane Hansen, CLU. This is our 3rd year working with Shane. My husband I have been very pleased with how he explains everything. He always looks into what we can do to have the most for what we pay monthly. I never have any concerns once we are finished about my coverage for the next year. It is nice to have a medicare professional help with coverage for supplemental plans. 2023 has been a great year with what Shane had us sign up for and I fully expect 2024 to be just as great. Again, I am so glad we have The Medicare Exchange help with insurance plans.

Dale Eller is a life saver. He made everything so easy to understand and truly streamlined the processes involved. He always made himself available to answer any questions I had (and I had plenty). I couldn't imagine how I would have navigated through everything on my own. Thankfully I didn't have to.
