Rite Aid

I have been filling our family's prescriptions here for over 30 years. They have always treated me like family! Joel and James are efficient, kind and good at their job!! I realize they are a popular store, and have many customers; but they never fail to make me feel special! Ben is great too!

For me, the Rite Aide Pharmacy on Pearl St in Tacoma , has been very reliable and helpful. Both the pharmacy and store have friendly and positive staff. Even though I do not know any of them by name, I feel they are easy to approach if I need anything from the store or pharmacy. Thanks to the staff, they make Rite Aid a nice place to pick up my meds and other needs.

This ride aid was clean...shelves stocked well...lots good sales...I have to say hands down tho the best pharmacy around!! Wow super nice tech and pharmacist....they are quick helpful and friendly....

They are very caring, compassionate, and will fight with the insurance company to get your meds covered or lowered. The store is always clean. You're greeted with a friendly smile and a hello when you come in.

I am from the Midwest and recently took a road trip to Tacoma. Discovered I had left my RX and insurance info at home. My personal provider contacted this Rite Aid location. My RX was waiting when I arrived and to my surprise, all insurance was filed. In the process, all calls were answered promptly and professionally in a friendly manner. I recommend!

I’ve used The Rite Aid pharmacy for over 20 years. They may be part of a huge corporate chain, but they’ve always given me and my family top notch customer service. Joel and Jamie are assets, as well as the others behind the counter. They know my name and pull me up in their system as I approach.

Case in point. My insurance switched a medicine. The switch wasn’t working. I called and talked to the pharmacist. They were able to move me back to my original medicine, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes!

I started going to this Rite Aid about 3 mo's ago and am very happy with their service. It's a clean store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I started going to this pharmacy location in 2010,my grandmother moved to Washington to live with us and she had numerous prescriptions as do I, at that time I was on 7 different meds a day and she was on about 4. We never had one single issue,even when I lost my insurance coverage they handle the change seamlessly,when my grandmother's Medicare changed they handled that as well. Joel the main pharmacist has been there from the beginning and was always always patient with questions my 93 yr old grandmother had,and she had alot !! We had to move to Puyallup for 6 month's when we moved back it wasn't close anymore but I drive the extra distance because they are family. They have taken care of my grandmother's needs until she passed and mine through 6 surgeries and all the medication involved I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else.

Got my covid vaccine here and it was a very organized and smooth process. James was administering the vaccine the day that I went in and he was very gentle and understanding of my needle fears and anxiety in general . He made it quick and easy and was very calming, which I think is very important in such a fearful time as this!

One of the cleanest, most friendly and professional rite aids/pharmacies I have ever been to. Respectful, courteous and helpful. Overall store is well run and managed, clean, and staff with positive helpful attitudes.

For all of you out there that rated 1 star, go check out a truly sh*#ty pharmacies, Proctor street Safeway for example. James, Jill....the whole staff have always treated me well. I look at reviews sometimes and really question as to whether it's the establishment or the customer that really needs the attitude check!

Very friendly employees. I came here for a COVID-19 vaccination and also bought a few items. The store is clean and stocked with a variety of food, drink, and office supply items. Coffee lovers, they have the La Colombe iced drinks here.

Everyone here is great. At least to me. From the small Spanish or Indian pharmacist to the nice older lady or. Young Ukrainian girl up front. They are the best. Sorry for the non pc descriptions.

they have what I'm looking for. Use their Pharmacy Safeway sucks. Very friendly knowledgeable and you can always help mine problems with my body or otherwise. Love you store have a great day

Cheryl is awesome! Everytime I go here she is at the front desk and is so nice and informative of the deals going on in the store. She makes my visit everytime I go here. :)

This Tacoma Rite Aid gives you the feel of old pharmacies/ AND Like the Cheers "everyone knows your name" And the store dollar section is so easy to browse

Fill prescriptions for our family of five frequently. Never had one problem. Staff super friendly and helpful.
