Proctor Family Dentistry: Gregory Dent DDS

I went to Pearl Street Family Dentistry yesterday and got THE BEST service I have ever gotten at any dentistry. Being from a military family, that is saying a LOT. The receptionist thoughtfully went through what my provider covered and what my out of pocket costs would be so that there would be no surprise charges at the end:o) What a pleasant surprise! I went in for a couple fillings and to get fitted for a mouth guard. My hygenist was thourough and gentle, Dr. Schneider and his assistant Raquel did an amazing job. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone. Best service:o)

wonderful :) - I had a co-worker, whos husband had a dental emergency and needed an appointment asap... I called their office and their front office girls got him an appointment right away. They are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this office. Thanks Peal Street.

I like the lady in front office she is really nice. And Doctor Wenk. he is really cool and really does a good job,for all my life I never met such good Dentist Doctor.

can't say enough good thing, due to prior experience when dentist tell me I have cavities and can't even show it to me on the x-ray that's a sign for me to be careful, by the next office visit which is typically 6 months, and the so-called cavity hasn't grown or done anything I move on and look for another dentist, Pearl Family Dentistry is independent which I respect, and they have never suggest there or otherwise ask me to have a procedure that I didn't need, I have been a patient for the last 7 years.

Nice people

My wife went in to get some bleaching trays made at the Proctor office. The tech that did her trays had to make them twice (wrong compound) and in the process of fitting the molds hurt my wife's neck. She told the tech to ease up, but to no avail.
She let the office manager know of her experience, and she blamed my wife.
Now my wife is banned for speaking out.
No customer service here, and in all my experiences this is unbelievable.
Pearl office has always been great, the Proctor crew sucks.
I'll be letting Detal Dental know of our experiences.

The hygienist Sunday poked my gums with a sharp instrument 3 different times. The third time I my gums started bleeding. Instead of apologizing she called me hypersensitive. Never will I come back.
