Alamo Rent A Car

I CANNOT give this place enough praise! Renting a car has always been a nightmare for my husband and I. This experience was smooth, fast, honest, and the customer service was FANTASTIC. Alicia checked us in and the process was so fast and she was such a sweetheart. When we got our car, the people who gave it to us were very friendly and fast! Car was super clean and brand new which was so fun! I cannot give Lucas enough praise at the check in counter. He was so beyond helpful and friendly. He made the process painless and fast. True definition of 5 star service. The price was excellent for what I got and I cannot recommend this location enough!

Plus another 95 more stars! My daughter and I flew into Seattle for one night and was planning a trip to Leavenworth to check out Christmas Town the next day. I had rented a midsize SUV with no AWD, as I was getting ready to leave the counter to get my car I had mentioned to Martavius (Alamo Rep) that we were heading to Leavenworth and he had this look of what?! and asked me for my paperwork back, he mentioned to me that Leavenworth got 3 ft. of snow and he said to me "you need an AWD SUV" so he changed it on his own. I really appreciated his concern for my daughter and I with our safety! I'm an Alamo Insider member and have always loved renting with Alamo, it's the only car rental company I use because of how Customer Service always treats me (THE BEST) and Alamo's pricing! KUDOS TO MARTAVIUS...YOU ARE THE BEST AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! P.S. - this was such a great trip we ALSO WE LOVED LEAVENWORTH!!!

Wanda!!! Wanda is a true gem. She loves her job and she was the best first impression for us visiting Washington. She made us laugh so much and smile. It was a fun start to our trip. She even walked us out to see the view of Mount Rainer. Alamo, don’t let Wanda go! Give her a raise.

This was my first experience hiring a car in the US and I was really nervous about the whole process. I booked my car a few months before in the Uk. The price is booked the car was what I paid. No upselling or hidden costs. I made sure I booked the car on the uk Alamo website so that I knew what insurance cover I needed.

When we arrived at the counter everything was explained to us really easily and the service agent answered all my questions about toll passes etc! He was really great and totally set my mind at ease.

The car we got was a mid range Nissan Sentra which was immaculately clean and well maintained. It was a dream to drive even on my slightly scary first drive on the i5! We took it all the way down to the 101 into Oregon and into upstate WA. Unlimited milage was great and the car was extremely economical. Loads of room for two cases and food shopping too.

I would not hesitate in recommending Alamo for good quality and transparent hire costs to any of my friends wanting to do a road trip in the US like we did. Thanks for great service guys!

Great rental experience. The car was clean and in good condition. I've had alot of bad rental car experiences before and this was one of the best in recent years. My car was ready and the attendants told me all of the information I needed to know about the vehicle before I left. I returned this car in another state and there were no issues at any point.

First time user. Definitely will be coming again! Payton made the transaction of getting a car very easy and speedy. And the drop off with Tommy was serene. Thanks again gentleman!

We are loyal to Alamo. They provide the best rental plan (no charge for spouse to drive, unlimited miles) and best customer service. The attendant even loaded our luggage into the car. They usually have size and style of car we need.

We had a terrific experience renting from Alamo in downtown Seattle. Besides getting a very fair price, we were given a brand new Pacifica. The staff we dealt with were friendly and customer focused, especially Brian. We did have one concern when we realized during our trip that the temporary license plate was going to expire before we were scheduled to return the vehicle. We called the Seattle office (using National phone # since Alamo's prompts would not take us to that location). Brian assured us he would do all he could to avoid interrupting our trip. He suggested we try to swap cars in Bozeman or Calgary, but neither location had a vehicle available. He emailed us the registration and to make up for the inconvenience, he even offered to cover the drop off cost if we wanted to return the car directly to the Seattle airport. This was a big time saver and we couldn't be happier with our Alamo rental experience.

Had a very nice and easy checkout process with Rayan. Rented a pickup for a drive to Leavenworth and he was giving my boyfriend and I recommendations on where to go, etc. Great service!

I can not say enough nice things about these people. My sister and I used Alamo on our trip and on our first day we were rear ended. The customer service person on the phone was so helpful and filed a report for us and then when we went to switch out the car all the employees working went above and beyond to make us feel better after our accident. They were caring and kind and patient 10 out of 10. I wish I had gotten their names. When I returned the car it was so quick and easy and the man that checked me out was absolutely amazing. We will always be using Alamo.

GREAT spot for picking up a rental in Seattle. The staff is beyond helpful and works with you to make getting a car easy and quick. The location was super handy for us as well.

Jessica at the Alamo counter was absolutely amazing. When another company couldn't honor my reservation she was quick to get us figured out and in a car! She saved our whole trip! Give that associate a RAISE!!! She was extremely polite and professional. She has made my wife and I life long Alamo customers! Thank you so much Jessica!

Open at 7.30am, you can bring back the car at any time with their parking open 24hrs.
Good cars as well, I want to thanks Robert for his help and kindness and that awesome upgrade he gave me!

I was a mess. Trying to fit 5 suitcses plus 4 people into my rented vehicle. Doris had heped me to find a all wheel drive which I needed for the Snoqualie pass. Fortunately she was helpful in finding a vehicle with more trunk space as well. She was cheerful and attentive during the whole process. We Love Doris, and would rent from Alamo again in the future.

Recently rented a car at the Alamo location in Seattle and I could not have asked for an easier or quicker process! I mainly picked Alamo because of the "Skip the Counter" feature and it worked great! Walked right up to the car, picked the car I wanted and pretty much drove off. Drop off was as breeze as well. You hear about the long lines and extensive processes to rent a car --- not at Alamo!

The vehicle we rented was incredibly clean, and the check-in a check-out procedure was remarkably quick. I don't remember the associate at check-out but Willie at check-in was super friendly!

Andrew at the Seattle location was amazing! Super helpful, hands down the best rental car experience I've ever had. Made it safely to my destination and the return process was simple and fast.

Alamo is the best of the Best is what Alamo is as a customer I deserve the BEST!!! Picked up at the SeaTac location & received VIP treatment when one of the to many Branch managers (Mr.Creed) get me on my way! Creed didn’t hesitate logging in which gave me the very quick escape I really needed… However due to a Family emergency I needed to pick up a sibling and decided to add her as a driver stopping at Portland Oregon’s Airport ( PDX) Alamo to do that and the Customer Service Agent working claimed her couldn’t add my additional driver claiming he didn’t have a computer to add a driver. We’re not kidding when we say that the agent told us we had to go to National to add my additional driver to my Alamo contract! Portlands Enterprise saved my mornings really nice young man named Ben with out hesitation booted up his computer to odyssey and proceeded to add her!!! Wait Ben is who I talked to but there was 3 Awesome Agents in booth a big you 3 Rock Thank You so much !!! Yahoo!!!

As for the Alamo agent working Sunday Oct 23rd 2022 early morning @ 7:15- 7:20 AM at the PDX Airport next time someone shares info on the location ( SeaTac airport ) and brand (Alamo ) which happens to be the same As You drop the story and tell the truth YOU didn’t want to boot up ur computer and WORK cause between you and me why would National be the Only one to do my ALAMO Additional driver?? I say your surprise when I stopped at the Enterprise booth to have them do it NOT COOL

Jayden was the Representative who assisted us. He was beyond amazing & understanding. Jayden’s Customer Service is hard to find these days. Due to his kindness, our group was able to be comfortable in a minivan when we fell upon some unfortunate circumstances, as 1 in our group discovered their license had expired & could not rent. We were with 4 children & Jayden really noticed the stress of of our situation, he went out of his way to help. Thank you Jayden! We appreciate you & all of your help.
