I found this store by using a google search for jewelry repair and I'm happy that I did. My diamond ring had a loose prong which was repaired in a timely manner. My ring now looks like new; I am pleased by the workmanship.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a vast display of beautiful jewelry; I didn't purchase anything today but I will probably be back at some point to do so. I will definitely be back if I ever need more jewelry repair. And I will tell my family and friends about this wonderful somewhat hidden store.

Medina Jewelers proved to me to be an excellant jewlery company. I brought my wedding band into them to get it resized and they did an outstanding job at an extremely reasonable price. The quality of craftmanship was outstanding and when I got my ring back they not only resized it but they made it look better than when it was new. Thank you for you craftmanship and quality work!

I visited Medina Jewelers this week in my search for a Valentines gift for my wife, and I was amazed at the selection of so many unique and beautiful gold pieces at this store, but I was just as impressed with the patient, helpful and lovely owners of this establishment who operate their business in a totally pressure free, honest and straight forward way. Utilized their ring resizing service for a family heirloom. Their customer service and communication about the repair and timeline was high quality. Very positive vibe in the store and positive experience.

We were there today to buy earrings for my daughter, because one of her earring broke.
Hannan was extremely patient and helpful. She is very nice and has great customer service. She fixed my daughter’s broken earring at no cost for us.
They also have great gold sets.
Definitely recommend this store.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Medina Jewelry. I called them yesterday to inquire about resizing my ring and setting the stone. They were very accommodating and asked me to stop by with the ring. To my surprise, they completed the resizing and setting within less than 24 hours. The staff was exceptionally nice, helpful, and friendly throughout the process. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely return for my future jewelry needs. Highly recommended! Medina Jewelers is fantastic!! I brought a ring in to be resized. They promptly reduced the size within a few days. The ring fits perfectly and was absolutely gorgeous after they cleaned it as well. I highly recommend this caring family-owned business. James Miles.

A wonderful family store that leaves you feeling welcome and wanted as a customer. It was easy to get my repairs done and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I don't see a reason to go elsewhere.
