I've been using this office for about 10 years for auto and home insurances. I never dealt with Johnny directly (his demeanor could be deemed arrogant); however, Emillie in this office is super reliable and responsive via email and phone.

She just saved me a significant amount in my new premium when I added a car. She will run numbers in different ways to make sure you are benefiting from every discount available. I am very pleased with Emillie.

Johnny's Lim's Insurance admittedly misapplied our escrow payment from our mortgage company. Not only did they send a refund for the missed payment but, when we didnt cash the check, knowing there was an error they sent us a form insisting the refund was ours, and to cash the reissued check they sent again! If they would have looked at our account they would have noticed that our other homes insurance wasnt paid. Now they are expecting is to pay them back blaming it all on our mortgage company. This place, his employees, and Johnny are a total joke! It's not smart business to lose a policy with multiple homes, cars, toys, ext forever because you cant admit to your mistake. We will make sure to share with everyone we know so others dont have to pay the price for your negligence

Very disappointed, was lied to about the quote, twisting the contract and pushed me into buying life insurance just to get a better deal on car insurance. When I asked for a clarification, he never responded to that email. I value honesty and character over saving a few extra dollars. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I would absolutely not recommend this agent to anyone. He is a liar and a deceiver, buyer be aware!
