Pharmacy is wonderful except for the hours of operation. The entire team incl the pharmacists are very nice . Emma, Jacki and Caitlyn in the pharmacy are always very helpful. Appreciate this location.

Nurse who did my Covid vaccine was super friendly, the vax area was private and sanitized. Great experience overall!

Excellent Customer Service & well-stocked shelves. Pharmacist, Caitlin, was very helpful, pleasantly answering all questions! Two other employees asked if they could help me with anything and the store supervisor opened a 2nd cashier station & waited on us so we didn't have to wait longer in line. Amazing service & very much appreciated. Also a big contrast from the 3/21/23 lack of service and unprofessional pharmacy employees at the San Marcos CVS location.

I have frequented this CVS location in Bressi Ranch endless times since they opened. I feel like they are fine. The pharmacy is always busy and they seem to do the best they can with staffing. I have never had an issue with them.

I went in to get a tens therapy relief machine, and Athena was an absolute sweet heart helping me. Went out of her way to make sure I got the item, even though it was very difficult for her to get to. Very good customer service 👍👍👍

The staff is very friendly and helpful - they always take the time to interact with us when we are checking out. CVS is my favorite local pharmacy.

Awesome experience during the early days of COVID19. Was out of my heart meds and didn't want to walk in the big W pharmacy. Went to the drive up in Bressi Ranch where a nice young lady helped get my prescriptions moved over. Told me to give them a couple of hours and to come back later in the day, an hour later she called me and said to swing by and pick up my prescription anytime. When I picked up my prescription she was again very helpful and cheerful, but I was sad to find out she was moving on to another CVS nearby.

Merette is the absolute most helpful pharmacy employee I have ever met . My pcp sent script to wrong location and did not get it covered through insurance. Merette helped me by suggesting a coupon and saved me nearly half $$.
