Villa Rivarola

Stayed for a quick night while passing through. A lovely room with shared facilities in a beautiful residential area, looking out over the Pacific from the balcony. Everything we needed and the host was wonderful and helpful. Comfortable, homey and much better for us than any basic hotel. "Make yourself at home," he said. Gated parking.

Excellent choice if you are planning to spend an luxury weekend or vacation at Edmonds city. Beauful Cherry flower blooming at yard in early spring and havest sweat plums by yourself in autumn. Enjoy your dinner at peaceful backyard with the sunset in summer evening. Warm and nice service.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Villa Rivarola. The owners are lovely people who go out of their way to make sure their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and came equipped with everything I could ask for. Located in a great neighborhood and very competitive pricing!

Great rate for large room with access to kitchen for meal prep or an outside area for BBQ with friends. I was there for a couple of nights and enjoyed the great location just minutes from downtown Edmonds and all amenities.

Such a mixed bag....location and rate were fantastic, room was fine ....common areas were freezing (heat set at 60) during our stay and therefore not comfortable to use, marijuana smoke/smell was prevalent from downstairs every day, and the caretakers' "roommate" was upstairs screaming and cursing at him one morning while I made breakfast in the kitchen a few feet away. This was more like renting someone's guest room and putting up with all the quirks of being in someone else's house than it was a "hotel" or "bed and breakfast" that is run as a professional business (which is how its' advertised on hotel sites)
