The Megans were very professional and helpful and answered any and all questions I had. This was a difficult time for me but both of them showed compassion and made me feel comfortable during the process of getting my mom ready for her final resting place. I got the recommendation to use this business from hospice care. I called them and they got a cremation set up for my ailing brother in a very timely manner. The ladies I spoke with were very kind and understanding. They even provided me with information about scattering ashes in a state park. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the charges for their services were. They also handled all the clerical details to perfection. I would use their services again. Overall, a kind, caring and efficient group of people.

My Mother got sick last year and it was evident that her days were numbered. Her care team suggested hospice for her last days and we, as a family, agreed. It is a lot of stuff to navigate in a very short period of time and tough when emotions are high. We were taking recommendations from people on attempting to plan ahead. The hospice folks suggested Care Center Cremation & Burial for our Mom's cremation. This suggestion ended up being a great one.
Our family believes that cremation seems to be the best choice at the end of life. We can spread my Mom's ashes off of Sunset Cliffs so that she can be with my Father. I called in and everything was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The care that we received couldn't have been any better. There was no upselling and the price seemed to be great in comparison to our other options.
When the morning arrived that my Mother passed, I simply made a phone call and 2 gentleman were at her house within 65 minutes. They couldn't have been any nicer, caring, nor professional. I was very impressed with their demeanor throughout. They treated us with kid gloves which was a nice touch considering the circumstances.
Once all was said and done, we received the ashes and death certificates in a very short period of time. All communication was very respectful and professional. I needed some additional death certificates a year later and we received them within 3 or so days. Heather took great care of us. Every employee that we talked to on the phone, emailed with, or had direct contact with was amazing. A super great company. Thanks for making a very difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be. It was nice to not have to worry about my Mom's end of life details. Thanks!

CCCB has provided excellent service for my dad’s cremation and burial in Mexico. When a loved one has just passed away, one of the most difficult things to do is to find a place where your loved one can be taken care of as far as cremation or burial and also what decisions need to be made afterward. My experience with each and every one of the staff at Care Center Cremation & Burial was an extremely positive one. All of the staff who I spoke with was excellent.
One of the staff who I had the good fortune to have the most contact with was, Blanca. She fully understood what I was going through. No matter how many times I asked her for advice or for clarification, Blanca was so patient, kind, friendly and professional that she made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Blanca was one of the most incredibly helpful staff of any business that I have ever had contact with. She gave me the confidence I needed to make the tough decisions because of her obvious experience and her understanding of what a difficult time this was for me. She gave me the reassurance that my husband was in good hands and if I needed any advice or help of any kind she was there for me.

We were treated with dignity and respect. Considering the circumstance I felt good about the experience and that I couldn't have chosen a better place.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with Megan Fischer and she is very sweet and caring with a great personality. She encourages to have those ‘hard’ conversations about the inevitable. She makes it easy to talk about death and the pre planning that will make things easier for everyone.

My experience here was exemplary. Kellee and her team walked me through a very difficult time, and were nothing but extremely helpful. I can not recommend them enough for their services. Even though when they are needed, it’s not a happy occasion, having the right people to help and guide you through can make the process that much better.

I was first set back by the picture/logo and thought this was for animal cremation. I quickly asked the meaning behind the logo and Kellee was kind of enough to explain. (Which was a very interesting cool history lesson).
Her voice, her kindness and her attention to detail was what caught my attention. I had a hard time talking about the my mother's death.
I was calling to get a quote so I could get an idea how much it was going to cost to get my mother's body transported from San Diego back to Arizona.
I rambled on and Kellee listened and she was very calm. The fact that she allowed me to tell my mother's story without interruption was nice. I also told her I've never been through anything like this before and I was clueless to how this all would work.
Kallee calmly explained and from that point on she was my new best friend. (She was my the calm in the storm).
When you go through a death of a parent you feel lost and alone.
Kelle made me feel comfortable talking to her and she told me she would always answer her phone 24/7 if I called.
At that point I decided not to call anyone else and not get anymore quotes. The cost was not important anymore - I only wanted my mom's body to be taken care of with care.
This was the place and the person I wanted to take care of my mom. Hats off to Kallee who is the owner and general Manager for an outstanding job.
From start to finish this place was truly amazing. They took care of everything exactly like they said they would.
Thank you for taking care of my mom and getting her back home. You guys are truly the place use when this service is needed.
