Wide selection from the ralphs bakery. I ordered a birthday cake and had them customize it. Their prices are fair compared to other places where they charge an arm and a leg! If you place a customized order, just do it in advance!

Great selection of products, love the Kroger in-house line for most things which is cheap and often better quality. The store is clean and well organized, and even when it gets busy the employees work hard to get you out of there as fast as they can. I love this Ralph's!

While visiting San Diego my husband and daughter got Covid. The customer service they gave me was extraordinary. They spent time calling doctors in New York to get my husband the medicine he needed and suggested over the counter medicine for my daughter that worked well for her. I highly recommend them.

Leaving this 5 star review specifically for Emily. Every time I come into the store and encounter her she is always so friendly and extremely helpful. She makes shopping here fun and easy. She also provides great suggestions for items I should purchase. She’s the best!!

The staff is great specially the asian lady in the bakery, she's always so nice and Lisa the cashier, she always has a smile, always helping... she has such a great heart!

Nice Seasonal decorations!

This is the Ralphs just east of SDSU. This is the store I prefer as they don't share the parking with other businesses, the store is always clean and well stocked, and the staff is very helpful.

Great deli and produce clean store friendly staff great customer service. But their saving app is not user-friendly 🙄 but make sure you download it, log in, and add all your savings clip-on to receive all the discounts.

Very nice location! Always well stocked, easy parking and well maintained. And they have Nana's!

Mike the bagger is always very friendly and helpful. Offering help comes naturally to him. Love the selection at this store as well. I give it two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

Like this Ralph's. The ladies at self check out are a little intense sometimes though. Might be because of all the college kids coming in, and while it's nice to see a business treating everyone the same, I don't think me and the elderly lady need the same scrutiny when it comes to receipt accounting. I'm not trying to steal a donut. Otherwise super nice place, and even they aren't so bad.

I am always welcomed with such gratitude when I come to this grocery store. Parking is great. The lines are always fast and clerks are always in a hurry to open a new register during crowded times. I specifically wrote this post to highlight the veggie soup they offer near the organic salad. You definitely get your money’s worth and more. Waaaaaay better than subway.

I really enjoy my Ralph's. Everyone is super friendly, knows where every product can be found and always anxious to help. I think it beats WM with both price and service. I always feel like I just visited my own hometown store. I do wish they had benches or such so I might sit down for a few during my visits.

This is my favorite grocery store downtown. They usually carry most of what I need and the prices are reasonable. The store is also clean and well organized. The staff here is the highlight though. I'm consistently impressed at how friendly and efficient the workers are.

Yes I want in the store like I always do and a very pleasant person named Patty was standing there and I asked her if she knew where the reading glasses weren't she knew right away. I thanked her for her politeness and noticed she is the new manager. Besides being very pretty she knows the store that was yesterday. Today I came in and did not need the scooter chair I was going through the line and there she was at the cash register. Looks like to me that Ralphs has a winner with this girl she was working faster than a girl I've seen there before. Tony is my name.

My shopping trip here went really good! The employees are extremely helpful and nice! They know all about good customer service! When I came they were all out of the items I came for and norma, the sale manger was prompt with getting us all set with rain checks. She even let us know when they were expecting that item and also called other stores to check! So sweet, I recommend this store 100%
